    Servicing And Replacement Of Spare Parts For Abb Ring Main Unit (Rmu) At Rpo Office, Kochi---Servicing of ABB Make Safe Ring RMU, including supply and replacement of necessary spare parts, ensuring the unit is restored and functioning to its original condition., Servicing of ABB make Safe Ring RMU, including thorough cleaning, visual inspection, insulation resistance testing, and functional checks of all mechanical and electrical operations. The scope includes verifying interlocks, tightening connections, checking SF6 gas pressure (if applicable), and ensuring all components are in proper working condition. The RMU shall be restored to its original operational state, etc complete as required., SITC of 400 series bolted type bushings suitable for 22-24kV ABB RMU etc. complete as required., SITC of clamping plate suitable for 400 series bushings (22-24kV) etc. complete as required., SITC of 24kV VPIS (Voltage Presence Indication System) cord compatible with ABB RMU etc. complete as required., Supply and filling of SF6 gas (approx. 4-6 Kg), including two-time gas filling and testing etc. complete as required., Supply and replacement of O-Ring (72X6) suitable for 400 series bushing assembly etc. complete as required., Supply and fixing of M16 bolts with copper washers and wave spring washers for RMU assembly etc. complete as required., SITC of 300 sqmm indoor cable end termination kit for 22-24kV XLPE cable etc. complete as required., Charges for cable end termination including crimping, heat shrinking, testing and commissioning etc. complete as required., Supplying and fixing of protection boot insulating covers used on high-voltage cable terminals and bushings of ABB Make Safe Ring RMU. The protection boots shall be suitable for 22-24kV systems, ensuring enhanced safety and insulation etc. complete as required.
