Sinking of Tube Well(200 mm X 150 mm X 100mtr Depth)including supply of uPVC pipes & fittings at Katwa S.D.Hospital water supply scheme under CMD, PHE Dte., Dist.- Purba-Bardhaman- 1 Site Preparation, Temporary Latrine, Placement & levelling of Rig Machine,Mast hoisting andCasing drilling (Upto 6 mtr.)Placement of Casing with all allied works necessary to commence drilling woks and wind up of all machineries after completion of Drilling. 2 Drilling by Direct Rotary method of drilling using 9 7/8” dia.bit for pilot bore follwed by subsequently reaming using 12 1/4” dia. ,15 dia. and 17.5 dia. Rock Roller Bits/Drag Bits in consolidated, semi consolidated and soft formation up to required depth including casing boring and casing lowering as required including cost of fuels and lubricants etc. as required for drilling. 3 Rate only for pilot drilling will be 50% of item rate 4 From 6 Mtr to 90 Mtr 5 From 90 Mtr to 100 Mtr 6 Ratefor reaming by 12-1/4 dia. bit will be @14% of item rate 7 From 6 Mtr to 90 Mtr 8 From 90 Mtr to 100 Mtr 9 Ratefor reaming by 15 dia. bit will be @16% of item rate 10 From 6 Mtr to 90 Mtr 11 From 90 Mtr to 100 Mtr 12 Ratefor reaming by 17.5 dia. bit will be @20% of item rate. 13 From 6 Mtr to 90 Mtr 14 From 90 Mtr to 100 Mtr 15 Supply and delivery of uPVC pipe(CD) conforming to IS 12818:2010 (CIPET/Authorised party Certified) 16 200 mm nominal dia. 17 150 mm nominal dia. 18 uPVCMedium Well Screen (RDS) Pipes with Ribs conforming to IS 12818:2010 (CIPET/Authorised party Certified) 19 150 mm nominal dia. 20 Lowering the tube well assembly (UPVC Casing pipe ,well pipe, strainer along with UPVC accessories) vertically in a position with proper lowering arrangement by applying necessary jointing compound including labour cost for subsequent gravel packing and machine operation cost etc. 21 Development (Min. 8 Hr. continuous) of tube well by using suitable air compressor (Min. Capacity: 600CFM & operating Pressure 14 Bar) followed by yield testing with BHT pump (Head :45 to 50mtr.,Discharge :1100 to 1000 LPM and 25 BHP engine) all complete including To & Fro Transportation cost and Cost of fuels, lubricants & Labour etc. 22 Water sample collection and chemical test including Arsenic Test 23 Supply and delivery at site of adopter(size 200mm X 150 mm dia)with proper thread matching with above suppliedUPVC pipes alongwith other necessary materials related to boring. 24 Supply and delivery of M.S .Centre guide (Special Type). 25 Supply and delivery of Washed gravels size ranging from 1.80 mm to 4.74 mm. conforming to IS 4097 : 1967 26 Electro-logging charge as per direction. 27 Packing the side of the Tube Well housing pipe with puddled clay and with good quality of local earth as per direction of the EIC 28 Supply and delivery of Bentonite powder conforming to IS 6186: 1986 29 Add GST @ 18% 30 Add Cess @ 1%
