Tender For High Temperature Heating Chamber For Unstable Materials Heating chamber material should be of Alumina with 99.5% purity, Outer Diameter (OD) 80 mm, Inner Diameter (ID) 68 mm, length 1200 mm, with dimensional tolerance within ±3 mm. 2 nos. of stainless-steel flanges are to be provided, which are precision-machined, and corrosion resistant, with the capability of withstanding repeated thermal and vacuum cycling. Flanges to be incorporated with an integrated water-cooling jacket to maintain stable operating temperature. Flanges also to be equipped with double Viton O-ring sealing, polished surface, to ensure leak-proof operation under vacuum and pressurized conditions
