Epc Tender For Interior And Furnishing Works For Nalanda University Library Building; The project covers design, procurement, supply, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of: a) Library furniture and interiors. b) Audio-visual facilities and display systems. c) Library IT and digital infrastructure. d) RFID & access control system. e) The intent is to create a modern, fully automated, accessible, and sustainable library ecosystem supporting academic, research, cultural, and community functions. 1. General Requirements 1.1 All items shall conform to BIS/ISO standards and applicable local building codes. 1.2 Furniture and materials shall be of ergonomic design, fire-retardant, ecofriendly, durable, and easy to maintain. 1.3 ICT, AV, and RFID systems shall comply with international interoperability protocols (ISO, IEC, IEEE, ANSI). 1.4 Accessibility standards shall follow RPWD Act 2016, Universal Design principles, and ADA guidelines where applicable. 1.5 Installation shall be turnkey including power, data cabling, network integration, training, and documentation. 2.
