(Make - as per sample ) 4 Material & labour for removing unserviceable locking device and supply and fix new locking device and cover of device as per existing for almirah medium steel including re-fixing of disconnected shelf with stay hook/revetting all as directed by Engineer in charge. (FD-1032). 5 All as per Srl. Item No. 1.03 here-in-before but almirah large Steel. 6 Material & labour for removing unserviceable leg andsupply and fix new leg of almirah large/medium steel made of 1mm thick M S sheet size all as per drg and duly spray painted with synthetic enamel paint two coats over a coat of red oxide primer. (colour of shade as directed by Engineer in charge) 7 Material & labour for removing unserviceable Shelf and Supply and fix new shelf of almirah large/medium steel, made of M.S sheet 1 mm thick bend to shape and sizecomplete all as shown on drg. 8 Material & labour for removing unserviceable door shutter and Supply and fix new door shutterof almirah medium steel, made of M.S sheet 1 mm thick bend to shape and size complete all as shown on drg. 9 All as per Srl. (Make of As per particular specification) 29 All as per ser No5.01 here-in-before but foot board of Bed Hard Steel. 30 Material & labour for removing unserviceable plywood and supply and fix new plywood of size 1980x900x12 mm thick BWR grade with steel nut bolt of Bed Hard Steel as per IS:303 complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.(Make of plywood- (As per particular specification) 31 Material & labour for tightening of Bed Hard Steel with electric welding complete including preparation of surface and removing the unwanted welding spot complete allas specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 32 Replacement of old unserviceable PVC/Rubber Shoes of Bed Hard Steel (FD/MAP/8(R) and Supply & fixnewPVC/Rubbered shoe of best quality (as per sample available at BSO yard ) as approved, complete all as specified and directed. 33 Material and Labour for painting to frame of Bed Hard Steel with one coat of synthetic enamel black paint including preparation of surface with rubbing with emery paper to bed hard steel complete allas specified and directed by Engineer in charge. 34 REPAIRS TO CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLYTOP( FD-220) 35 Removing of unserviceable plywood top from GI Pipe frame of charpoy and tightening the frame so that after fixing of new Plywood there is no swing. Item No. 12.05 here-in-before but 12mm thick Moisture ResistantGde plywood as in all sides of lower drawer of table bed side complete all as shown on drg and as directed by Engineer in charge. 69 Material & labour for removing unserviceable leg & stiffnerand Supply and fix new legs & stiffeners of table bed side made out of 18mm square conduit pipe to be welded with bias electric welding complete all as specified shown on drg and as directed by Engineer in charge. 70 Material & labour for removing unserviceable CP handle 75 mm long and Supply and fix new CP handle 75mm long of table bed side with steel screw complete all as shown on drg and as directed by Engineer in charge. 71 Material & labour for removing unserviceable Shoe and Supply and fix new Hard rubber shoes best quality for Table Bed side (MAP) size as per drgcomplete all as directed by Engineer in charge. 72 Material & labour for removing old unserviceable channels and Supply & fixnew SS chanels for Table Bed Side Map complete all as directed by Engineer in charge 73 Material & labour for Preperation to Table Bed Side Map duly scrapping for removal of rust, dirt and Two coat of stainless Steel coating paint of matching colour or any other shades approved by Engineer in charge. 74 REPAIRS TO CHAIR CBA STEEL WITH ARMS:FD-120 / 75(M) 75 (a) Material & labour for removing existing old unserviceable Seat and Back of Chair Steel Tubular with Arm (FD-75) and Welding MS FIat 11 x 2 and 4mm thick for seat (02 Nos) and Welding MS FIat 8 x 2 and 4mm thick for Back (02 Nos) on GI Tube frame work as per direction of Engineer in charge.(b)Steel GI Tubing parts (frame Work) of chairs duly scrapping for removal of rust, dirt and Two coat of SE paint (colour or shades approved by Engineer in charge) (c) Supply & fixPlywood 12mm thick commercial size 18 x 17 fixed on welded MS Flat (Iron) with the help of suitable Nut & Bolt with washer for a seat and paste 50mm U Foam (Cushion) on plywood for cushioning of Seat coverd with tepestry cloth and black cloth linen at bottom side with the help of suitable stappler pin and upholstery work .(d) Supply & fixPlywood 12mm thick commercial size 18 x 15½fixed on welded MS Flat (Iron) with the help of suitable Nut & Bolt with washer for a Back and paste 50mm U Foam (cushion) on plywood for cushioning of Back coverd fully with tepestry cloth with the help of suitable stappler pin and upholstery work .Note : Tepastry cloth (Not less than 220/- per mtr) as per sample kept in BSO Yard or shades approved by Engineer in charge and after preparation of seat and back same covered with packing plastic material (thin packing Plastic Roll) 76 Material & labour for removingold Arm and Supply and fix new arm to chair CB steel with arms made out of best quality 2nd class hard wood, free from knots, infection with 02 Nos steel screw as per drg duly painted with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint , size as per drgcomplete all asdirected by Engineer in charge. 77 Material & labourfor painting to frame of chair CB Steel with arms/withour arms with synthetic enamel black paint including preparation of surface with rubbing with emery paper and providing 02 Nos PVC cap at top of Back frame of MS pipe and 04 Nos PVC shoes with steel screw at bottom of frame of MS round pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (FD-75(M). 78 REPAIRS TO CHAIR VERANDAH: FD-359Note for item Nos 4.01 & 4.02 :-(i)Old damaged canning shall be removed before painting.(ii) Colours of cane and paint shall be as approved by GE. 79 Material & labourfor painting to frame of chair verandah with white synthetic enamel paint including preparation of surface. (after removing of the cane) as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. 80 Taking down and removing the old cane of Chair Verandah and recanning with new half round 4/5mm wide plastic cane in oval shape with mat pattern . (Plastic cane shall be of white colour of Make: as per key specification) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 81 Material and Labour for provision of rubber shoes to the legs, complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer in charge. 82 Material and Labour for welding in repairs exc 2.5 but not exc 5cm length and thickness of metal to be welded not exc 6mm
