A sum of Rs 500 per false complaint/wrong signature will also be recovered from the contractor.(e) Contractor will also attend the petty repair work on all days of week i.e Working day as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(f) Contractor will obtain log sheet of repair work perform by him duly signed by occupant user and authorised user rep both.(g) Rep of contractor, Rep of GE Office and Rep of User alongwith labour team (Carpenter, Plumber, Electrician and helper) will visit door to door and get the user complaint and rectified on the same day.(h) A detailed log of complaints with completion/ non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and same will be updated on daily basis in consulatation with Engr-in-Charge or JE detailed by him.(j) The contractor will make suitable arrangment for emergent complaints and will notify auth rep/Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond state time limit set for disposal of complaint.In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding in this regard.(k) The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site.(l) The contractor will maintain suitable inventories and range of spares required to meet the complaints as same will be reviewed peridically by Engr-in-charge to streamline complaints disposal system.
