| 2 | (i)Consultancy services : Architectural design and drawing (Provision of Officer\"s Gymnasium at ICGS Vadinar):-PLINTH AREA OF BUILDING = 103.70 Sqm (01 Building)(a) Preparation of architectural conceptual plan and elevations and working drawings for the above work along with marking of internal E/M (Electrification & Water Supply) and schedule of finishes as per the approval line plan given.(b) Complete set of architectural working drgs good for tender shall be submitted in the form of hard copy (01 Set) and soft copy on CD at the time of obtaining completion of the job.(c)All drgs shall be prepared on A2 size sheets unless found necessary to use larger sheet sizes.(d)Detail drgs of all features shall be prepared at min 1:50 scaleand all other drgs shall be prepared at 1:00 scale except site plan which be prepared at scales appropriated to fit in A2 size paper.(ii)Consultancy services : Structural design and drawing:-(a) Preparation and submission of self-sufficient structural design and drawings including structural details, structural notes confirming to latest standards IS-456, IS-800, IS-816, IS-1893, IS-2062, IS-4326, IS-13920 and any other latest and relevant Indian Standard of the buildings as per the architectural drawings. The parameters for structural design are as under:-(b) Construction of Indoor Gymnasium Building with Permanent specifications with RCC framed structure/construction using M-30 Design Mix, complete including internal services. |
| 3 | PLINTH AREA OF BUILDING = 103.70 Sqm (01 Building)(a)The design shall include the followings parameters:-(i) Reinforcement steel shall CRS Fe-500D grade TMT bars. The grade of concrete shall be M-30 (Design Mix) for Building/Structure.(ii) Foundation shall be RCC isolated/combined footing/Raft/mat fdn as per requirement.(iii)Seismic Zone-IV.(iv)SBC (Tentative 20 T/Sqm at 1.5m depth for isolated footing. (v) The structure is single storey building above ground. Any other relevant details required shall be taken from GE (I) CG Porbandar.(b) Design and analysis to be done using STAAD & final output to be using RCDC software. Supply of Design calculations folders along with STAAD model and output file both in hard and soft copy (02 X CD) (each copy).(c) Supply of 01 set of original tracing hard copy (A1 Size on 100 micron laser film) pm Gateway/Nova Cad brand film paper along with a soft copy (02 X CD) in AutoCAD of Drawings, as directed. The design prepared by one Designer shall be checked by another Designer and both the persons shall sign the design calculations and drawings along with date.d) The supplier/bidder shall give free of cost clarification, if any, during acceptance at tender & complete execution period of the building. |
| 4 | (e) Any amendment required during execution shall be made by the Consultant and requisitecopies of amendment sheets shall be submitted free of cost. (f)The Consultant/Designer shall discuss the preliminary design & Drawings before final Structural Design with GE (I) CG Porbandar. (g) The responsibility for the structural design & drawings prepared rests with the supplier. In case of any defect/damage detected in the designed structure during, its design life and the same is attributed to faulty drawing/design, the supplier will be liable for penalty of 10% of the total project cost. (h) Third party vetting/proof checking. The suppler shall be responsible for third party vetting/proof checking from Any Government Engineering Collage duly signed by authorized signatory Structural Designer on behalf of the institute and not from a professor/individual of the institute in his personal capacity. The third party vetting the Designs, Drawings shall also be liable for ensuring that the Designs & Drawings are in compliance as per the laid down standards, latest codes, regulations adherence to NBC norms and sound Engineering practices. The supplier/bidder is responsible for obtaining clarification from the vetting agency till the completion of project. |
| 5 | (j)A certificate that all details have be thoroughly checked and are in compliance to standards, codes, regulations in respect of safety, soundness and economy shall be obtained from the vetting agency. (k) The vetting agency will also be liable and answerable for any design deficiencies detected during design life of the building and may be called upon to address such issues if any. (l) On Preparation of the design folder and preliminary structural drawings, the bidder shall send this design team to make a detailed power point presentation of the structural design and drawings to GE (I) CG Porbandar and E-6 Section of GE(I) CG Porbandar. The date of presentation by the bidder\"s design team shall be decides in consulation with GE(I) CG Porbandar. (m) The final structural drawings duly vetted by authorities as mentioned in BOQ shall be submitted to GE (I) CG Porbandar by the supplier/bidders Design team for final approval and the bidder team should come prepared to make any corrections/amendments to the same if required in consultation with GE (I) CG Porbandar. (n) The supplier/bidder\"s design team shall have to visit GE (I) CG Porbandar at any time during the planning and execution of the work if required, an being intimated in writing by GE (I) CG Porbandar. (0) Nothing extra shall be payable for the above visits of bidder\"s design team to GE (I) CG Porbandar. |
