Fencing In Boundary Wall And Other Civil Work At Kda Greens Mainawati Marg Kanpur - Dismantling of reinforced cement concrete or reinforced brick work including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by E/I with in a distance of 60 mtr. 2 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 3 Brick work with common burnt day (non modular) bricks of class designaion 150 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 4 Earth work in surface excvation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excvated earth upt o 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directeb by E/I 2.1.1 all kinds of soil. 0 to 0.30 m. 5 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) 6 Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavement having thickness 60 mm as per drawings and technical specification clause 1504. (Exclusive G.S.B.) 7 Painting steel work with Deluxe Multi surface paint to give an even shade. Twoor more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over and under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand or manufacture. 8 Centering and Shuttering including strutting propping etc.and removal of form for walls, propping etc. and removal of form of walls(any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttersses, plinth and string courses etc. (4.3.2) 9 Reinforced cemetn concrete work excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) all work upto plinth level . 10 Providng and applying white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to repare the surface even and smooth complete. 11 Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint (apex) with Silicone additives of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied) 12 Providing benches of approved drawing and design all complete. 13 Providing and Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) under boundary below plinth beam. 14 providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length (total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron Y shapedplaced 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wirhre tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of E/I, with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.)/Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sqmm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/metre (cost of M.S. angle), C.C. blocks shall be paid separately). 15 Providing dustbin. 16 providing and fixing of Y shape for barbed wire including fastener and plate 250x250 also including 35x35x5
