Annual Preventive/routine/breakdown maintenance of 220kV D/C Wagoora- Zainakote, Kishenpur Pampore and 132kV Budgam-Chadoora Transmission line under the jurisdiction of TLMD-IV Pampore for the year 2025-26 -1 Checking and tightening of jumpers 2 Replacement of damaged disc insulators for 220/132kV Transmission line 2.1 Tension string (120KN) 2.2 Suspension string (70KN) 3 Repairing of power conductor when lowering of conductor is necessary. Complete job including laying of conductor, making of compression joint, if any, rough sagging tensioning of conductor, fixing dead end assembly etc. upto span of 500 meter tension 4 Repairing of earthwire when lowering of earthwire is necessary (complete job) including compression joint if required. Laying of earthwire, tensioning, dead end assembly etc. upto span length 500 meter tension to tension point. 5 Repairing of damaged conductor by using helical seleve or bolted or by shorting method without lowering the conductor 6 Tightening of nuts and bolts of tower superstructures replacement of missing ones. 6.1 Tower weight more than 4 tonnes to 7.5 tones 6.2 Tower weight more than 7.5 tones 7 Checking / tightening of tower footing earthing bolts and measuring tower footing resistance. 8 Branch cutting: In a corridor width of 20 meter for 220KV as per requirement 9 Branch cutting: In a corridor width of 16 meter for 132KV as per requirement 10 Loading/Unloading of ERS at Divisional stores incl. stacking of items of ERS in respective conteniors thereof. 11 Loading/Unloading of ERS at site 12 Erection ERS at Site 13 Dismenteling of ERS at site. 14 Tag welding of towers 15 Replacement of burnt/damaged jumpers and tightning of remaining jumpers on same tower 16 Restoration of sanpped power conductor, comlete job including making of compression joint, laying of conductor, rough sagging, tensioning of conductor, fixing dead-end assembly etc.upto sapn of 500mtr. Tension to tension. 17 Loading of conductor drum on turntable, unreeling single conductor, laying on ground/ariel rollers, for 0.2 ACSR/0.4 ACSR conductor 18 Loading of conductor drum on turntable, unreeling single conductor, laying on ground/ariel rollers, for earth conductor 19 Stringing of 0.2/0.4 ACSR/0.4 Zebra equalivent HTLS conductor 20 Dismentling of tower superstructure 21 Errection of Tower supersturcture 23 Replacement of missing tower members/Damaged members and fixing of new members. 24 Felling trees of the girth (measured at height of 1 mtr above ground level) including cutting of trunk and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material 24.1 Beyond 30cm girth upto and including 60cm girth 24.2 Beyond 60cm girth upto and including 120cm girth
