Repair of 01 Nos. Toilet at PS Monthli. (Under District Capex Plan 2025-26 Elementary Education Sector)- Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth asdirected: 1 meter from cutting edge All kinds of soil 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 3 15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) 4 Applying priming coat:With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) 5 Painting with synthetic enamel paint Two or more coats on new work of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. 6 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) overand including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer 7 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 500x500 mm 8 Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement :3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. 9 Providing and fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 4.0mm thick glass panes 10 Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc.: Concealed pipe including painting with anti corrosive bitumastic paint, cutting chases and making good the wall: 15 mm dia. nominal bore 11 Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore G.I. Union in existing G.I. pipe line, cutting and threading the pipe and making long screws including excavation,refilling the earth or cutting of wall and making good the same complete wherever required. 12 Providing and fixing ball valve (brass) of approved quality, High or low pressure, with plastic floats complete 15 mm nominal bore 13 Providing & fixing PVC Fittings of approved brand and manufacture (Prince or Supreme Make) including all accessories/Fittings complete Job as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 14 100 mm Dia Pipe 15 Plain Bend 100 mm Dia 16 Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required : White Vitreous China Wash basin size 630x450 mm with a pair of 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps. 17 Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal for wash basin completely recessed at the back for the reception of pipes and fittings. 18 Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C waste fittings complete: Semi rigid pipe40 mm dia 19 Providing and fixing uplasticized PVC connection pipe with brass unions 45 cm length 15 mm nominal bore 20 Providing and fixing PTMT soap dish holder having length of 138mm, breadth 102mm, height of 75mm with concealed fitting arrangements, weighing not less than 106gms. 21 Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS : 8931 22 Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore C.P. brass long body bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 690 gms 23 CARRIAGE OF MATERIALS By Mechanical Transport including loading, unloading and stacking complete. 24 Carriage of Sand / Dust avg. lead of 22km by MT. 25 Carriage of stone aggregate (Below 40 mm)avg. lead of 10 km by MT.
