PARTITIONS & DOORS Measurement of height shall be taken from finished floor level up to the level of false ceiling, in case of varying heights on either side of partition, average height shall be considered. The rate to include provision of extra frame work as necessary for skirting and making openings for glazing & door etc.,cutouts for electrical switch plates, switch boxes, light fittings light etc. making provision for laying conduits as per drawings & directions.All wooden surface/ply with anti termite treatment properly. a P/F Solid Full Height Partition consisting of Aluminium hollow section of 65mm x 37mm size,1.5mm thick of JINDAL/INDAL as internal frame structure at required spacing but not exceeding 600mm centre to centre in either direction vertical and horizontal direction and vertical member to be in one piece fixed to floor & ceiling by means of rawl plug/dash fasteners on both ends, 11mm thk.HDMR to be fixed on both sides till roof height.i/c P/F of 1mm thk.high gloss laminate on both side of partition till false ceiling level,P/Making of 5mm thk.grooves as per instructions.Partition to have 100mm high super gloss laminate band of different shade,as per appvd.shade,at skirting level on both sides of partition,Item includes melamine polish on the wood surfaces & finishing of grooves with polish etc.Rest of specifications same as main specifications of partitions,complete to the satisfaction of the Arch.Banks Eng.
