All work upto plinth level with:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 3 Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed inpositionSal wood. 4 Providing and fixing hard board sheet ceiling of approved quality withnecessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid for separately)Standard Quality board. 4.5 mm. 5 Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size withnecessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: -Butt hinges andnecessary screws shall be paid separately).Kiln seasoned & chemically treated hollock wood.35 mm . 6 Providing and fixing wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze ofaverage width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mmfor doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :Second class Kail wood 35mm. 7 15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall ofmix:1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand). 8 Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to bespecified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % andconforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades,in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cementand matching pigments etc. complete.Size of tile 600x600 mm. 9 Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth and curing complete. 10 Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness,of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete 1 mm thick. 11 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand andmanufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) overand including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer. 12 Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brandand manufacture on wall surface. 13 Applying priming coat:With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brandand manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood). 14 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufactureto give an even shade Two or more coats on new work. 15 Providing corrugated G.
