M & R To Roads...Annual Housekeeping & Maintenance Of Part Of Baner Approach Road With Repair Of Damaged Part Of Footpath - Sweeping of Baner approch road including central verge and footpaththree times in a week for the period of one month and removingweeds,shrubs garbage from central verge of roads including disposing off the garbage outside the area including all labour, tools and lants,cleaning material required forjob all taxes etc.complete.The roadsurface shall be cleaned by the mechanical sweeping machine,central verge & kerb stones shall be cleaned by brooms manually etc.including disposing off the garbage outside the area .etc. complete .(Rate excluding GST) 2 Garbage,debris,dumping waste material etc. cleaning & disposal theSame at suitable space from Baner approach road ( Ch 1800 to 6000M)by providing JCB, Tipper, Manpower, daily as per requirementincluding all labour, tools & plants … etc complete (Rate excluding GST 3 Supply of unskilled labour for 615.00 Man Days cleaning of CD work , chambers etc.work 4 Removing cement tiles, or marble or polished shahabad floor or dadowithout bed concrete including stacking the materials as directedwith all leads, lifts etc. Complete 5 Providing and casting in situ or precast tapering R.C.C. M-20 Barrier type Kerb without gutter ( as per IRC 86 1983) embedded 125mm below ground level over M-10 PCC finished neatly with C.M. 1:2, setting the same in C.M. 1:2, including the required excavation in any strata and removing the excavated stuff any where in city and redoing the surface as specified and directed by Engineering In-charge. UsingConcrete Batching and Mixing Plant 6 Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M15 of trap/ granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for foundation and bedding / steps including steel centering, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting,roughening them if special finish is to be provided, inishing uneven and honeycombed surface and curing etc. complete.
