tender for Chalachitra Satabarsha Bhaban-31St Kiff-Repairing And Painting Of Boundary Wall work - 1 Dismantling all types of plain cement concreteworks, stacking serviceable materials at site andremoving rubbish as directed within a lead of 75m (a) upto 150 mm. thick 2 (A) Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand inlayers not exceeding 150 mm as directed andconsolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity) (B) Do - by fine sand 3 Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand. 4 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.a) Pakur Variety In Ground floor 5 Supplying & laying as per IRC-SP:063-2004 paver unit of any shade of approved quality as per relevant IS code, laid in pattern as directed in pavement, footpath, driveway (paverblock only), etc including necessary underlay complete in all respect with all labour and material. [Border concrete if necessary to be paid separately]. Note: Sub-grade CBR should not be less than 5. a) 25 mm thick Tiles as per IS: 1237-2012 for footpath,ramp,staircase of public building(over 25 mm thick (Avg) Cement mortar (1:3) & Cement Slurry @ 4.4 kg/Sq.m atback side of Block. Cement for Mortar & Slurry to be supplied by Department). (ii) Coloured Decorative 6 Constructing Inspection pit of inside measurement 600mm X 600mm X upto 600mm (depth) with 250 mm thick 1st. class brick work in cement mortar (1:4) on all sides, bottom of the pit consisting of 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) with stone chips over a layer of jhama brick flat soling, 15 mm thick (1:4) cement plaster to inside walls and out-side walls upto G.L. and 20 mm.thick (1:4) plaster to bottom of the pit,providing necessary invert with cement concrete (1:3:6) with stone chips as per direction, neat cement finishing to entire internal surfaces, top of the pit covered with100 mm thick R.C.C. slab (1:1.5:3) with stone chips and necessary reinforcements upto 1% and shuttering including 6 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) in all externalsurfaces of the slab and one 560 mm dia. R.C.C. manhole cover of approved make supplied, fitted and fixed in the slab with necessary fittings, necessary earthwork in excavation in all sorts of soil, filling sides of the pit with earth and removing spoilsafter work complete in all respect with all costs of labour and materials. 7 Supplying & laying Double Wall Corrugated (with external annular corrugation and smooth internal walls) High Density Polyethelene Pipes conforming to IS 16098 (Part-II):2013 having Stiffness Class of SN 8 withRing Stiffness not less than 8.00 KN/Sqm. and Impact Resistance TIR value not more than 10% including necessary jointing materials for nonpressureunderground Drainage, Sewerage & Cross drainage application. (iv) 300mm internal dia. (i) 150mm internal dia. 8 Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforced cement polymer concrete manhole /gully pit cover with matching frame.As per I.S-12592(M.D) (iv) 15 MT load bearing capacity round manhole cover provided with twolifter hooks fitted with matching frame of size Cover: 460 mm X 75 mmFrame: 620 mm X 150 mmopening: 360mmWeight: 100 kg (approx) 9 (viii) 5 MT load bearing capacity gully pit cover with frame and hinge arrangement for opening of sizeCover: 470 mm X 420 mm X 80 mmFrame: 590 mm X 550 mm X 170 mmopening: 380mm x 305mmWeight: 100 kg (approx) 10 Stripping off worn out plaster and raking outjoints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and inany floor including removing rubbish within alead of 75m as directed. In Ground floor 11 Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cementconcrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceablematerials at site and removing rubbish as directedwithin a lead of 75 m.a) In ground floor including roof. 12 Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6) (b) In superstructure, ground floor 13 (a) Applying 2 coats of bonding agent with synthetic multi functional rubber emulsion having adhesive and water proofing properties by mixing with water in proportion (1 bonding agent : 4 water : 6 cement) as per Manufacturers specification [Cement to be supplied by the Department] 14 Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface](i) With 1:6 cement mortar(c) 15 mm thick plaster In 4th Floor 15 Removing old paint from blistered painted surface of steel or other metal by chipping including scraping and cleaning and exposing the originalsurface. 16 Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly,complete as per manufacturers specification and as per direction of theEIC. In Ground Floor:(a) One Coat 17 Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturers specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidentalcharges but excluding the cost of primer.In Ground floor (Two Coat) b) Premium 100% Acrylic Emulsion 18 (a) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sandpapering etc. 19 b) Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sandpapering etc. 20 A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. includingusing of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (b) On steel or other metal surface :With super gloss (hi-gloss) - (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white) 21 (a) On timber or plastered surface :With super gloss (hi-gloss) - (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white) 22 (ii) Two coats (white in shade) 23 Sub Total 24 GST 18% 25 CESS 1%
