    Tender For Supply And Installation Of Microscopic Infrared And Raman Spectroscopy System With All Required Accessories As Per The Specification Given In Annexure-Iv IR Spectroscopy and Imaging  IR spectroscopy in reflection mode with FTIR transmission-like spectral quality  IR spectroscopy performed simultaneously with Raman spectroscopy on the same sample area  Sub-micron spatial resolution of 800 nm (or better) independent of infrared wavelength  Point spectroscopy and single line array spectroscopy measurements.  IR hyperspectral imaging.  IR imaging at multiple user selectable a fixed wavenumber(s) of interest  QCL laser covering IR fingerprint spectral region with range 985 – 1800cm-1  QCL laser covering the IR Carbon Hydrogen stretch spectral region with spectral range 2700 – 2990 cm-1  Spectral resolution 4 cm-1 or better  Spatial resolution must be independent of IR laser wavelength  532nm visible probe laser (also used for Raman spectroscopy)  Detector for IR operating at room temperature with no requirement for cryogens  Locations for measurements selectable from the integrated bright field optical microscope
