ACFC which control cane carrier , SRC , Donnelly chute , Chopper, leveller, cutter and fibrizor load and RPM, Mill no. 1 load and RPM , and TRPF no. 1 & 4 load and RPM 2. MILL no. 2,3,4 turbine RPM & chest pressure indicator 3. Mill no. 3 imbibition auto valve ,flow meter work in auto and indication 4. Power turbine no. 1 & 2 RPM indicator 5. Power turbine no 1 & 2 transmitter reading show on DCS 6. Boiler no. 1,2 & 3 three element control system working in auto :- 1. feed water inlet 2. steam flow rate 3. drum level 7. All indicator of boiler NO. 1, 2 & 3:- 1. steam pressure 2. drum level 3. steam flow 4. economizer inlet 5. economizer outlet 6. feed water flow 7. furnace temperature 8. drum lever buzzer/ alarm 9. All transmitter reading show on DCS of all boiler 10. all instrument assemble and dismantle &Repairing, calibration, controlling and indication of boiling house following instrument control by ABB 800 PLC panel BOILING HOUSE - 1. All control valve working in auto 2. All indicator - i. temperature indicator ii. pressure indicator iii. vacuum & pressure 3. all flow meter 4. SHWW ( super heater wash water ) working in auto 5.
