tender for Chalachitra satabarsha Bhaban-31st KIFF-Repairing and Painting of outside wall work - Scraping of moss, blisters etc.thoroughly from exterior surface of walls necessitating the use of scraper, wire brush etc.(Payment against this item will be made only when this has been done on the specific directionof the Engineer-in-charge) In ground floor 2 Stripping off worn out plaster and raking outjoints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and inany floor including removing rubbish within alead of 75m as directed. 3 Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. includingcutting rods and removing rubbish as directedwithin a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steelbars.(a) In ground floor including roof. 4 (a) Applying 2 coats of bonding agent with synthetic multi functional rubber emulsion having adhesive and water proofing properties by mixing with water in proportion (1 bonding agent : 4 water : 6 cement) as per Manufacturers specification [Cement to be supplied by the Department] 5 Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips 5.6 mm size with hexagonal square mesh wire netting, I.R.C. fabric mesh or X.P. M. fitted and fixed after tying the existing reinforcement on concrete without distributingthe same and with proper scarping and cleaning the reinforcement and disturbed concrete with wire brush etc. after applying a coat of cement including the cost of wire netting I.R.C or X. P. M. & cost of all handling andscaffolding complete as per direction of Engineer-in -charge.c) 37.5mm thick 6 Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course,scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface](i) With 1:6 cement mortar(c) 15 mm thick plaster In Ground floor 7 In First Floor 8 In 2nd Floor 9 In 3rd Floor 10 Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the workingsite and disposal of the same beyond thecompound, in conformity with the Municipal /Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading intotruck and cleaning the site in all respect as perdirection of Engineer in charge 11 (b) Rendering the surface of walls and ceiling with white cement basedwall putty of approved make and brand(1.5mm thick) 12 Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly,complete as per manufacturers specification and as per direction of the EIC.In Ground Floor:(a) One Coat 13 In First Floor 14 In 2nd Floor 15 In 3rd Floor 16 Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturers specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidentalcharges but excluding the cost of primer.In Ground floor (Two Coat) b) Premium 100% Acrylic Emulsion 17 In First Floor 18 In 2nd Floor 19 In 3rd Floor 20 (a) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sandpapering etc. 21 (A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary :(a) On timber or plastered surface :With super gloss (hi-gloss) - (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white) 22 (b) On steel or other metal surface :With super gloss (hi-gloss) - (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white) 23 Sub Total 24 GST 18% 25 CESS 1%
