Tender For Repair /Maint Of Eot, Hot Cranes And Allied Works At Lgj Mil Stn; 1 Material and labour for servicing of fully automatic flame proof electrical crane of capacity more than 5 ton and upto 10 ton capacity with simplex collective control system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.This item include following:- (a) Greasing / oiling of required parts i.e. shaft coupling, rope drum etc.(b) Checking & testing / adjustment of brakets for all motion.(c) Checking & tighting of coupling bolts motor foundatin bolts etc.(d) Checking the wiring connections in control panel & other accessories.(e) Checking of gear oil in gear box - For info please (Filling & topping gear oil shall be paid under respective item of BoQ)Note:- (i) Cost of minor spare parts/ routine material required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Charge. 49 M&L in replacement of electro hydraulic thruster unit 18 Kg capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr- In - Charge, Make: Megtech or equivalent 50 M&L in replacement of control card as per existing specification , suitable for the crane of capacity upto 5 ton complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 51 M&L in replacement of control card as per existing specification , suitable for the crane of capacity 10 ton complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 52 M&L in replacement of limit switch as per existing specification , suitable for the crane of capacity 10 ton complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 53 M&L in replacement of limit switch as per existing specification , suitable for the crane of capacity upto 5 ton complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 54 Material and labour for load testing of EOT/HOT crane in prasence of user rep and MES rep complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Note:-(i) Load will be provided by the User during test.(ii) Contractor will prepare the load test sheet duly signed by Rep of user, rep of contractor and himself and submit the same to User and AGE E/M Office. 55 Material and labour in replacement of chain pully system suitable for HOT of capacity 1 ton complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 56 Labour only for locating the fault in EOT cranes, any capacity, make and type including rectification of minor defects such as tightening of nut & bolts, checking and rectifying loose connection of control panels.accessories and current collectors replacing of fuse wire etc to keep the cranes functional complete all as specified and directed by Engr- In - Charge.NOTE:- (a)Stores shall be paid extra under respective items. (b)All T&P including ladders etc shall be contractor responsibility and rates are deemed to be included in quoted rate. (c)Stores of Minor nature viz, tape, thimble, screws, nuts, bolts and cable for making connection etc shall be arranged by the contractor.
