The unit shall consist of Modular type outdoor units equippedwith highlyefficient inverter type hermitically sealed scroll compressors (outdoor unit shall be with 2 x 100% (1 W+1 S) arrangement), with special precoated heat exchanger, low noise condenser fan housed in compact housing duly powder coated. The unitshallbeabletooperateuptoto40°Cin coolingmode.The unit shall also have feature to automatically modulate the evaporative temperature to achieve inside design condition as mention . Outdoor Units shall be fully Gas Charged . The units should have three phase technology for continuous operation. Outdoor unit having COP at 100% load to be minimum 3.1 (a) Outdoor units comprising of Energy efficient Inverter scroll compressor , Heat Pump Type suitable for (Heating+Cooling). Air Cooled Condenser shall be with VariableSpeed Condenser fan motor . 64 (b) Double skin sandwich type air handling units (AHU).(FM/CS HORIZONTAL TYPE) of capacity and numbers as mentioned in tentative design or of higher size as per detailed heat load calculations (2 DX coil in AHU with AHU kit for 100% standby independent operation) , comprising of 25mm thick housing with thermal break profile constructed with of 0.6 mm thick galvanized powder coated sheet on outside and 0.6 mm thick plain GI sheet inside with PUF of 43kg/m3 density insulation in between both sheets to make 25 mm thick finished panels including AHU have DIDW forward / backward curved type centrifugal fan for static pressure complete with suitable size induction motor 415volts, 3 phase 50 Hz AC supply capable to provide Air as per design, Belt driven system and with vibration pads, insulated jointless stainless steel condensate drain pan, including DX cooling coils made up of minimum 6 rows deep with electronic expansion valve with AHU kit assembly including aluminium damper and Prefilter complete all as specified and directed. Strip type reheater for humidity control during monsoon with control and contactor for automatic switching based on humidistat shall be provided in each AHU as per tentative design or as per detailed heat load calculations. Spray type Humidification kit for increasing humidity in winter shall be provided in each AHU with 500 liter tank, pump, piping controls and spray section. 65 (c) Refrigerant Pipe work for VRF System of one end expand refrigerant copper piping with Y-joint and headers insulated with closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular insulation between indoor & outdoor units as per specifications, all piping inside the room shall be properly supported/fixed with suitable size of clamp and PVC sleeves shall be provided wherever pipe is crossing the wall including ultra high pure Nitrogen is to be used while making breezing joints complete all as specified and directed. Dia meter and quantity for pipe shall provide by the contractor as per the approved design with out any extra cost. 66 (d) GI cable tray of required size, laying horizontal and vertical with bends, reducer, tees, cross member and other accessories as required and duly suspended from the ceiling with MS threaded suspenders or fix with wallincluding covered the exposed area near outdoor unit with 24G thick GSS sheet metal perfect for laying the cables, drain pipe and copper piping etc complete all as specified and directed. Quantity for cable tray shall provide by the contractor as per the approved design with out any extra cost. 67 (e) Aluminium sheet metal ducting of suitable sizes complete with hangers, Spliter Damper, vanes and all other accessories etc as required with sealing gasket for supply air duct with 25 mm thick open Cell Elastomeric Nitrile Rubber Foam (Class - O)aluminum foil of mat finish included acoustic lining from duly insulated AHU to OTs including providing flexible canvas cloth connection complete with opening of wall for supply & return air grill all as specified and directed. Size of duct and quantity shall provide by the contractor as per the approved design with out any extra cost.NOTE :-Cutting chases/hole in wall for inserting duct shall be finished with cement mortar (1:4) and surface shall be matched with existing surface by using putty, POP etc and applying finishing coat of existing treatment without any extra cost. 68 (f) Return air ducts with Closed Cell Elastomeric Nitrile Rubber Foam (Class - O), duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish included acoustic lining of duct with 15 mm thick open cell elastomeric material of high density duly fixed with suitable Pidilite adhesive, and also tighten with suitable size of nuts,bolts and washer conforming to standard specification complete all as specified and directed. Size of duct and quantity shall provide by the contractor as per the approved design with out any extra cost. 69 (g) Low velocity and vibration, Supply and Return air duct (of aluminium) with supply air grill suitable for laminator flow pattern perforated plenum (matched with modular OTs) made of 16G SS 304 sheet suitable for operation theatre with all accessories including 0.3 micron hepa filter section of suitable size complete with SS 304 material sheet metal frame housing suitable to installed the HEPA filters and Low leakage aluminium sheet duct dampers for operation of manual control of Air flow through Ducts with suitable flanged ends, gasket and nut bolts including hanging arrangement for complete frame / plenum with ceiling using suitable size of MS structure, angle iron ect up to suitable height includingaluminium extruded fresh air intake / exhaust air louvers with bird screen including 5 micron filters complete all as specified and directed. Quantity shall capable to provide by the contractor as per the approved design with out any extra cost. dust filtration in All balance air-conditioning space shall also be provided with hepa filter of .3Micron with 99.97% duct filtration level. 70 (h) Refrigerant Gas R-410aafter proper checking of leakage with soap solution and charging of nitrogen gas for 36 Hrs to hold the same pressure and after proper vaccumising refrigerant gas to be charge in system as required complete all as specified and directed. 71 (i) Rigid PVC piping 25mm/32mm suitable for 10Kg/cm pressure of following size complete with fittings, proper U-Trap and supports and duly insulated with 6 mm thick closed cell nitrile rubber insulation, clamps for drain system complete all as specified and directed.
