There will be no capital cost to Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur. The arrangment will operate on a per student usage charge model (as a percentage of the fee) for establishing and maintaining the required Technical, Academic, student support infrastructure etc. for online programs.The partners will be responsible for:1. Managing the day-to-day operations of the entire solutions.2. Promoting the courses to maximize enrolments.3. Providing the university with 60% ownership of the content copyright.
