| 11 | Stalls for ODOP, Arts & Handy Crafts- Exhibition/Marketplace Stalls – 100 No. of stalls covered, waterproof roof in Pagoda with the size of 10 x 10Ft with plywood flooring above 4\" height from G.L for show casing/selling of ODOP / Handloom/ Handicraft Items on wooden. All stalls to be decorated using all the promotional collateral of Braj Raj Utsav 2025 with exact size of the constructed Stalls, like side walls, back wall, side pillars, stall facia, stall name board platform. 2 Tables, 2 Chairs, 2 Electric Points, 4 Focus LED white lights, 1 LED Halogen Light. Three side wall branding of Flex on wooden frames, front cover for closing stall at night for safety, Carpet, etc. would be provided for 90 stalls. If required additional Tables and chairs will be provided to the ODOP / artisans/ culinary experts. Theme based Stalls to be created with proper three side branding inside and out side of the stalls. Theme based Fascia be created by using logo, name of Braj Raj Utsav 2025, UP Tourism, Government of UP, Name of Product/Arts/Crafts, Place of ODOP/Artisans/Craftsman. Stall Facia, Table Facia will be as per actual size of the Stalls and tables, the same has to be approved by the UPBTVP before installation. |

| 20 | Promotion & Publicity Near & On Venue:12 number of Publicity Panels of size 8 Ft X 10 Ft and 4 numbers of Publicity Panels of size 10x20 Ft. Table Facia, Stall Facia (Food & Sweet and Craft) will be as per the actual size of the already constructed stalls. The EMA will do the actual measurement of each stall and prepare the Facia accordingly in wooden frame. The designs, size and content will be finalized by UPBTVP. The Table Facia will also be in wooden frame. Direction Panels (40Nos. of size 3Ftx2Ft). All the Entry gate poles to be decorated by placing the frame on both side as per the actual size of the gates. 10000pumplets in A4 size of Braj Raj Utsav 2025 in hindi. All the flex used for branding must be of Star Quality for Good Get-up with fine quality printing.
