Tender For Construction Of Rwhs At Open Spaces At Industrial Area Gangapur City - Construction of Recharge Shaft in filter pit including Earth work Excavation , lifting excavted earth with all lift and 50 m lead and centering & shuttering evenever required., Diameter 900 mm 2 Supply & fixing Pre-cast RCC Rinngs at the mouth of recharge shaft of M20 mix with 40 mm thickness, Diameter 900 mm 3 Supply & lying River-gravels of following sizes in recharge shaft, filter pit after screening & washing from kachha shift without deduction of voids, Size 3 to 5 mm 4 Supply & lying River-gravels of following sizes in recharge shaft, filter pit after screening & washing from kachha shift without deduction of voids, Size 9 to 12 mm 5 Supply & laying of clean, clear sharp river sand of size 1 to 2mm coarse, without deduction of voids. 6 Construction of tubewell up to 100m depth and above to accomodate housing and assembly pipe in all types of alluvium strata by rotay drilling method with code of practice for construction and testing of tubewells (IS:2800 (Part-II) : 1991 and IS:2800 (Part-II) :1979 both amended up to date) with supply of bail plug if necessary.The work will not include cost of housing pipe and strainer pipe assembly cost, gravel and development work. Work would be deemed completed only after obtaining sound free water during pumping., 250 mm nominal bore 7 Supply and lowering vent air pipe 63mm dia rigid PVC pipe(IS 4985) mark class II (4kg per cm2 ) with required all necessary fittings including perforation of 3 to 5 mm size all around the pipe at a distance of 180 to 220mm in zig zag fashion and making air vent at top complete as per direction of Engineer incharge. 8 Supply of ISI mark AC pressure pipe class 15 manufactured by MAZZA process as per IS:1592-2003 or amended up to date, for casing of tube well for following dia nominal bore, with jointing material PVC coupler as per technical specification and direction of Engineer In charge., 200 mm nominal dia 9 S & F tube well cover of M.S.sheet (6mm thick) with nuts and bolts complete for casing size:, 200mm dia 10 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator )/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5 m , disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed : All kinds of soil 11 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level., M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size). 12 Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in:, Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand). 13 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish :, 20mm thick . 14 Providing and laying filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and MoRTH specifications Clause 2504.2.2 15 Stone/Boulder 16 Random rubble dry stone Kharanja under floor. 17 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level., M15 grade Nominal Mix 1: 2: 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). 18 Making slots of hole size and Nos. as directed by EIC in AC pressure pipe Class 15 as per technical specification for using slotted pipe in TW casing.
