PROJECT IN JALESWAR BLOCK IN BALASORE DISTRICT UNDER STATE PLAN GRANT-2024-25-- 1 Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil including dressing & levelling of bed within initial lead of 50mt. & lift of 1.5mtr etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge. 2 Filling in foundation & plinth with sand including watering & ramming etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge. 3 Cement concrete (1:4:8) with 4cm size h.g.b. hand broken metal of approved quality from approved quarry with ramming watering and curring etc. complete including cost, taxes, royalty convence charge of all material to worksite, supply of cement T&P required etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge. 4 Brick work with Fly ash Brick 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75kg / cm2 with dimensional tolerrance + 8% in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation & plinth etc. complete as per the Engineer-incharge. 5 Brick work with Fly ashbricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) insuperstructure per cum etc. complete as per the Engineer-incharge. 6 12mm cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to brick work after racking out joints including waterring and curring with cost, taxes, royalty and conveyance charges of all material to the worksite and supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge. 7 R.C.C. work in C.C. (1:2:4) including hoisting & laying & curring for 28 days using 12mm. Size clean black hard granite crusher broken chips of approve quality and from approve quarry including cost taxes conveyance charges of all materials to the worksite with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge. 8 2.5 cm A.S. Flooring with C.C. (1:2:4) using 12mm size black hard granite crusher broken chips of approve quality for approve quorry including water and curring with cost taxes royalty and conveyance charges of all material to the worksite and supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge. 9 Rigid smooths centering and shuttering for RCC works including false work and dismentgalling then after casting including cot os materials complete.(a) RCC walls and fins including attached pillasters 10 b) Chajja/Roof slab 11 c) Lintel 12 d) RCC Beams, culumns, grider & Bressers etc 13 e) RCC foundation an footing beases of columns etc. 14 Dry brick rammed Khoa (10 cm) thick well watered and rammed inluding all cost as per specification in complete. 15 Labour charge for M.S. reinforcement for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending & typing the grills & placing in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 guage per Qntl. Including cost of HYSD Still Bar (FE 415/ FE 500) 16 Filling the foundation and plinth with excavated material as directed by the Engineer-incharge. 17 White washing 3 coat with approve good stone lime including cost conveyance charges of materials including supply of labour, gum, indigo etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge. 18 Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved shade two coats to NEW work to give an even shade including cost of cement paints. etc. completeas per the direction of Engineer – in Charge. 19 Writing charge of required information and data on both side of the transperancy pillar including supplying of approved paints and required material for writing etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge. 20 Labour for fitting and fixing for door and window etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge. 21 Cost of grill for window 22 Cost of Iron shutter for door 23 Priming 1 coat with any appproved Primer 24 Painting two coats with approved paint on new work 25 Supplying of 160 mm dia unplasticised rigid UPVC pipe ivory gray in colour having specific gravity of 1.40 to 1.46 gms/cc of straight length of 6 (six) meter for portable water supplies conforming to IS - 4985 / 2000 of BIS - Amendment - 2 read with Table - 1 of IS - specification bearing ISI marks for working pressure CI - I UPVC pipe to withstand pressure of 2.5 kgf/sqcm & the specification and manufacturer name should be prominently marked on body of each pipe as per the latest Amendment of IS - 4985.
