Tender For 13 - Aanganbadi Repairing Work At Mavra, In Bhadesar Cluster, Block Bhadesar, Dist - Chittorgarh - Supplying and fixing fixed wire gauge of 14 mesh x 24 gauge to the metal frame of rolled section by metal beading 20x3mm with suitable screw at not exceeding 150mm12mmX 12mm 2 Grading roof for water proofing treatment withwater proffing compoundCement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 3 Repair to damaged RCC slabs, beams and columns etc for strengthening with cement mortar 1 : 2 in following steps :- 4 Choping losse and cracked concrete to required depth, cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concrete with wire brush and sand papering , cleaning of concrete surface with water as necessary and getting dried. 5 Applying Epoxy primer on the exposed steel bars. 6 Applying Epoxy hardener and resin mix (as per manufectureds specification) on concrete and steel bars with brush. 7 Speading dry cement mortar 1 : 2 mix over epoxy treated wet surface and allow it to dry for one day. 8 Plastering the surface with cement sand mortar 1 : 3 upto depth of 30mm complete. 9 Cure the plastered surface for 15 days, All work including scaffolding etc. complete in all respect. 10 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 11 Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding:Two or more coats on new work including prepartion of base with primer, putty, lippy etc complete in all respect. 12 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture togive an even shade : Two or more coats on New work 13 Providing & laying broken glazed tiles on roof ( broken glazed tilesnot less than 9 Kg/Sqm) on top of hot bitumen @ 1.7 Kg/Sqm. (1.40 Kg ofVG-40 (30/40 )grade and 0.30 Kg/Sqm. OfVG-10 (80/100) grade) and joints filled with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement:2 marble dust mixed with water proofing compund all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 14 P&F rigid PVC Pipe (IS:4985 mark) class II/ (4 Kg. /Cm2.) approved quality /makeincluding joining the pipe with solvent cement rubber ring and lubricant.110 mm dia
