Tender For Estimate for the cost of upgradation and improvement of camping facility at Viripara in Mankulam Range during 2025-2026--- 1 Improvement Work 2 13.48.1Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications:Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm 3 13.111.1Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface 4 15.41Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls includingstacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead. 5 50.12.4.2Providing and fixing false ceiling with 7.5 mm thick PVC wooden grains panel boardceiling of approved quality in aluminium frame work with necessary screws etc complete ( aluminium frame work shall be paid separately) 6 21.5Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work ( minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) consisting of tee /angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessaryC.P brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall withstainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in- Charge ( level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately ). 7 21.6Providing and fixing 6 mm dia. G I level adjusting hangers ( upto 1200 mm length),fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I flat 40x3 mm size 60mm long and stainless steel expandable dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long, complete as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge. 8 9.118.2Providing and fixing to existing door frames30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutter made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60x30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm), with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 25x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of H section, a uPVC hollow section ofsize 100x30 mm and 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) wall thickness fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/galvanised M.S. U cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness.
