Tender For Strengthening Works Of Etp/Iop 2025-2026---1 MISCELLANEOUS LABOURS 2 Miscellaneous Labours 3 PRESSURE WASHING 4 od94254/2025-2026 : Cleaning of concrete surface of sticking material including all dust, fungus and other foreign material etc <br> by machine operated water jet followed by andincluding cleaning with metal wire brush etc after Hacking<br> the concretesurface completely including all scaffoldings etc as per direction of Engineer incharge. 5 DISMANTLING 6 od91015/2025-2026 : Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc.with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts, scaffolding upto 4 mtr height, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.<br>50mm average thickness 7 CLEANING OF REINFORCEMENT FROM RUST 8 26.29.1 : Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a totalrust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approvedmake with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.Bars upto 12 mm diameter. 9 ANTI CORROSIVE COATING FOR STEEL 10 od91024/2025-2026 : Providing and applying anti corrosive Nitozinc primer/Cera cte SP CI/ protectosil CIT, two or more coats, over the steel reinforcement as per the manufactures specification including scaffolding upto height 4 mtr and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Theproduct shall be applied on the reinforcement surface after throughly cleaning. paintedarea of steel shall be considered for payment 11 CENTERING & SHUTTERING 12 5.9.2 23-07-2025 : Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. 13 APPLYING EPOXY BONDING
