Tender For Block repair and painting of Vessel M.V. Voresagar-II- 1 Vessel to be blocked and unblocking 2 Ultrasonic gauging to be done only on the underwater portion of hull plate and bottom plate. 3 Corroded, holes & thinned down plates, structural members, railing posts etc. to be cropped & renewed –Deck – 2.5 MT.Super Structure – 0.5 MTInside stiffening members – 0.5MTBottom plate-03MTElevated portion of toilet & galley floor, walls, stiffeners , girders etc-2.5MT 4 Steel fender 200 NB, 8 MM thick half cut pipe stiffened with ‘D’ shaped stiffeners 500 mm apart. 5 Twin bollard renewed by 150NB pipe. 6 Single bollard renewed by 150NB pipe. 7 Propeller Shaft & Rudder arrangements including all bushes are to be dismantled and fitted back after necessary repair. 8 Both sides Propeller shafts worn out journals metalizing by S.S. Electrode & machining to suit with the respective bushes and trueness to be checked & rectified. 9 Both side broken propeller blades repaired by dove tail joining method with the Mn-Bronze piece welded by bronzed electrode . 10 Rubber cutlass bushes are to be re-rubberised 11 Gland bushes & gland covers (G.M.) are to be re-sleeved – 02 sets 12 Propellers & couplings are to be bed-in with the respective propeller shaft 13 Both the rudder stock worn out journals are to be metalized & machined. 14 Rudder stock upper & lower GM bush & gland covers are to be re-sleeved -02 sets 15 Rudder blade securing S.S. bolts& nuts (fitted type) are to be renewed 16 Both side main engine (Simpsons ST440) top overhauling to be done. (machine shop job and supply of spare parts will be done by WBSTC) 17 Fuel pump with injector thoroughly servicing. 18 Both side gear box (FD170 -2.5:1) required to be overhauling (machine shop job and supply of spare parts will be done by WBSTC) 19 Both the toilet WC alongwith concrete flooring are to be renewed alongwith flash tank and associated piping arrangement 20 Engine cooling sea water pump to be renewed As per existing model. 21 Engine room and rudder hold bilge suction line including engine cooling pipe line opening, cleaning, pressure testing and fitment with new joints and fasteners as required. 22 Bilge line globe valve cleaning, pressure testing and repair if defective found. 23 Crews’ cabin, master cabin and wheel house inside plywood panelling alongwith necessary wooden batons & bits to be renewed. 24 Engine room bilge to be cleaned thoroughly and the floor plate to be fitted in position. 25 Entire electrical wiring (AC & DC) alongwith supply and fitment of light fittings, Navigational lights, switch, board, etc. 26 Renewed of Zinc-Anode 27 Semi-Rotary Hand pump(No.5) to be repair. 28 Entire vessel external and internal surfaces along with inside frame work, bulkheads, cabin, deck fittings, railing etc. to be thoroughly chipped, scrapped, cleaned and painted internally and externally as per enclosed painting schedule
