Tender For Re-Construction Of The Damaged Port Compound Wall At Headland, Sada; 1 Removing of damaged compound wall debris including clearing of fallen debris including dismantling the loose masonry stones in foundation, superstructure, etc dismantling fallen G.I. chain link fencing, m.s. angles, 16mm dia rods, transporting and dumping the debris within a lead of 5.00 kms as directed. The rate includes hiring JCB, trucks as required, cleaning of wild growth etc complete. All labour, material tools & plants etc complete. 2 Earthwork in excavation of dense or hard soil/murrum, soft rock with earth pocket and boulders, Hard rock including removal of obstructions such as small trees, vegetation etc. and removal of excavated material up to a lead of 50m and a lift of 1.5m including refilling foundation trenches. All labour and material etc. complete. 3 Providing soling with hard laterite rubble stone of 20 cm to 30 cm size including hand packing etc. complete. All labour & material ,tools & plant etc. complete 4 Providing cement concrete (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded black trap stone metal out of quarried boulders as coarse aggregate including mixing, depositing, consolidating, levelling, curing etc. all labour and material etc. complete. 5 Providing and fixing shuttering for beams, etc of any size and shape, including cleaning, oiling, closing gaps, providing props, bracings, supports etc and removing shuttering after concreting, etc. All tools, plant, labour & material etc complete. 6 Constructing masonry in foundation and plinth using precast cement concrete solid blocks having a crushing strength of not less than 35kg./cm2 (28 days curing) with a mix not leaner than (1:5:10) in cement mortar (1:6) including providing specially moulded blocks at junctions & corners, curing etc. All labour & material etc. complete. 7 Constructing masonry in superstructure by using precast cement concrete solid blocks having a crushing strength of not less than 35kg./cm2 (28 days curing) with a mix not leaner than (1:5:10) in cement mortar (1:6) including providing specially moulded blocks at junctions & corners, curing etc. All labour & material etc. complete. 8 Constructing masonry in superstructure such as partition walls, parapets etc. 10 cm thick using precast cement concrete solid blocks having a crushing strength of not less than 35Kg./cm2 (28 days) and a mix not leaner than (1:5:10) in cement mortar (1:4) including providing specially moulded block at junctions and corners, providing 2 M.S. bars 6mm dia at every fourth course, all scaffolding, lifts, raking out joints, curing etc. All labour & material etc.complete. 9 Plastering with C.M. (1:5) 15mm thick in two coats for external surfaces (Backing coat of 10mm & finishing coat of 5mm) including Patches, bays, bands, fluting, scaffolding and fixing of chicken mesh wereever instructed and cleaning of all dirts, raking out joints, hacking, scrubbing, chamfers, beading, curing, all lifts etc. All labour & material complete 10 Supplying & erecting in position structural steel work in single section (light sections up to 34 kg./m) incl. Cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and cleaning the surface, painting two coats of approved quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colour/ shade over a coat of red oxide zinc chromite primer etc. All labour & materials tools & plant etc. complete. 11 Providing and fixing galvanised iron barbed wire of TATA make including cutting, welding, providing small m.s. fixtures / clips for support over angles in five horizontal rows, etc. All tools, plant, scaffolding, labour and material etc complete. 12 Supply of back hoe excavator machine with breaker attachment ( JCB ) in good working condition along with operator on Hire basis for 8 hours a day as and when directed for dozing , demolition ,levelling etc.. All fuel, driver/ operator, Maintenance etc. complete. 13 Supply of mini truck/tempo on hire basid as and when required of 6.00 cum capacity in working condition for 8 hours a day along with driver, required fuels in Port area for transporting building materials, debris, etc. as directed within a lead of 6.00 kms etc. All fuel, driver, Maintenance etc. complete. 14 Execution of day to day works by supply of mazdoor with tools for a period of 8 hours per day as and when required etc complete 15 Transportation of stones removed from the existing fallen / damaged compound wall andstacking neatly at the Headland Site office
