| 2 | Annual maintenance Contract for Centrifugal Pumps (15HP to 30HP) installed at 46 Assam Riflesalongwith its connected works with qtrly visting with following works (a) Every Machine shall be serviced/checked at least once every quarter. A record of such services duly acknowledged by the person using the machine or in his absence, Engr-in- charge location.(b) Quarterly Preventive maintainance shall include at least the fwg services: (c) Replacement of Coupling if found damaged. unusable.(d) Check pump bearingif found damaged./ unusable etc(e) Checking pump bushing,wear ring, bearing cover, suction nozle(f) Checking of impellers and sleeves.(g) Checking of motor winding , electrical connection and bearing of motor(h) Checking any type of electrical starter(j) Checking of the motors fans(k) Replacement of any component of pumps (Pump,Motor and electrical connections etc) found defective after the abvoe checks and tests. |

A record of such services duly acknowledged by the person using the machine or in his absence, in charge location of the Geyser shall be maintained.(b) Replacement of heating Element . (c) Replacement of indicator.(d) Replacement of Geyser fitting as per requirements. (e) Replacement of switch, socket & wiring as per requirements. |

A record of such services duly acknowledged by the person using the machine or in his absence, in charge location of the DG set shall be maintained.(b) Quarterly Preventive maintainance shall include at least the fwg services: (c) Checking of all type of filter, fan belt and Coupling if found damaged./ unusable.(d) Check DG set bearingif found damaged./ unusable etc(e) Checking/Cleaningoffuel pump, injector, fuel pipe, Head valve, fly wheel etc.(f) Checking of alternators.(g) Checking of electrical panel connection and 12V battery(h) Checking any type self starter(j) Checking of the DG set fans and raditor (k) Replacement of any component of DG Sets found defective after the abvoe checks and tests. |
