Tender For Repair To Drains Sewage Lines Septic Tank Soakage Pit And Misc Repair In Md And Otm Accns And Certain Br Works In Em Installation At Lekhapani Under Ge Dinjan No 2.; 1 Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as directed. 2 Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified & directed. 3 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (blow or above ground level) complete all as directed. 4 Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (blow or above ground level) complete all as directed. 5 Demolition and breaking up 100 mm dia, drain pipes Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete set in Cement Mortar complete all as specified & directed. 6 Demolition& breaking up 150 mm dia, drain pipes salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete set Cement Mortar complete all as specified & directed. 7 Opening cover slab and taking out accumulated Night Soil, Sludge in liquid state, or any solid item etc from septic tank/manhole of any depth including de-watering where required and removing the same to out side the MoD landby mechenical means with the help of hunny stuker duly mounted on trolly or truck, including cleaning the septic tank and refixing the cover slab etc complete all as specified and directed 8 Cleaning of open shaft including gully trap in shaft, etc in rear side of building including cleaning of grass roots, bushes etc and taking out accumulate garbage etc from shaft and removing the same to a distance n exc 50 m away garbage, etc 50 mrt away from starting point complete all as specified and directed 9 Cleaning of solid/liquid mud deposited in underground sewage lines, 100 mm dia bore of any type at any depth, between consecutive manholes, by manual rodding, through connecting manholes, getting out all foreign matter such as solid/ liquid mud etc. complete including removal & refixing of covers, complete all as specified and directed. 10 Cleaning of solid/liquid mud deposited in underground sewage lines, 150mm dia bore of any type at any depth, between consecutive manholes, by manual rodding, through connecting manholes, getting out all foreign matter such as solid/ liquid mud etc. complete including removal & refixing of covers, complete all as specified and directed. 11 Taking down existing grating of PTMT/SS for removal of blockage from floor/Nahani traps of any size and removing sludge water material etc to a distance n.exc 50m and burying in pits and refilling the same including removal of white cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) The work will be carried out on complaint basis, day to day as recorded by the users in complaint resister. The contractor /rep of the contractor will collect the complaint slip from B&R complaint cell in GE Lekhapani office by 9.00 AM and submit the complaints report of the same each by 1730 hrs after rectification, failing which penal recovery @ Rs 100.00 per complaint will be recovered from contractors dues.(b) Urgent manpower for removal of blokage of any type, may be required to be provided by the contractor in day or night (on sunday or holiday) on a short notice. If the contractor fails to provide manpower for the specific work, manpower for the same work will be hired from any other source for that urgent job by the dipartment and shall be paid in fully by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. 12 Removing blockage from water closet (Indian or European type), Urinals, WHBs, gully traps, etc including getting outsolid/liquid/foreign matters, mud deposited their and removing the same inb the hygienic manner outside MoD land to make the sweage waste/sludge waste flow free up to first manhole.
