Tender For Special Repair To Sewage Line At Mh Pachmarhi.; 1 Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (SGSW, AC or RCC) of internal dia 150mm set in cement mortar complete all asdirected by Engr-in-Charge 2 M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in foundation/mass concrete filling etc all as specified. 3 Dewatering/ Desludging of existing septic tank, manually or using mechanical appliances including removal of sludge to a distance not exc 1 KM out side of ministry of defence land at isolated places,capacity of 100 users complete all as specified and as directed, inclduing excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m in dept in mud in fould poistion by de-sludging, disilting and getting out all silt, sludge, organic and inorganic materials by manuyally / mechanically and removing the sludge to a distance exc 250 mtr but not exc. 500 mtr away from site and burrying in to pits and covered with earth including spreading bleaching powder @ 1 kg per sqm complete all as directed at site. After complete cleaning of septic tank the manhole cover shall be re-fixed in same position with CM 1:4 and bleaching powder spread on top surface of septic tank @ 1 Kg per septic tank complete all as specified and directed at site.Note : Item shall be operated when septic tank are over flowing with sludge. in cement mortar (1:4) usingfly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius complete all as specified and directed. 7 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm below or above ground level. 8 M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in Man hole channel and surface drain slightly rounded or chamfered angles etc complete all as specified. 9 Extra for Forming fair finished channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including mitered stopped ends etc complete. 10 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound on fair faces brick work or concrete surface etc all as specified.(Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately) 11 Supplying only integral water proffing compound ISI marked 12 M/L for providing SGSW/PVC pipe 150mm dia with collars laid and jointed with cement jointed all as directed by Engr -in -charge. 13 Supply and laying for HDPE DWC(double wall corrugated pipe 150 mm inner diameter and stifness class 8 with isi marked with CML NO including all fittings laid and jointed complete with collars and as per manufactures instructions all as spd and directed by engr-in charge 14 M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested in cement conrete 1:3:6 type C-2 around 150mm dia complete. 15 Demolition of cement concrete ( (reinforced)) in ground floor on paving n exc 15 CM thickness (below or above ground level) complete all asdirected by Engr-in-Charge 16 S&F in repairsPVC (SWR) 75 mm bore pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints with solvent cement fixed to walls incluidng clamping complete all as specified and directed. 17 As per itmen No 16.00 but for bore of pipe 110 mm. 18 S&F in repairsPVC (SWR) 110 mm bore pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints with solvent cement, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed. 19 S & F in repair 110 mm dia bore PVC (SWR) bends with access door any radius with solvent cementjoints, fixed to complete all as specified and directed. 20 As per itmen No 19.00 but for bore of pipe 75 mm. 21 S & F in repair110 mm dia bore PVC (SWR) junction single, single (T) equal or unequal with access door, joints with solvent cement,complete all as specified and directed. 22 As per itmen No 21.00 but for bore of pipe 75 mm. 23 S & F in repair PVC (SWR) nahani trap/floor trap with grating having diameter of outlet 75 mm including joining to waste pipe with solvent cement complete. 24 S & F110 mm bore PVC(SWR) vent cowl including taking out existing unserviceable cowl complete 25 Cleaning of blockage floor/nahani/bottle trap of wash hand basin/sink/bathrooms/kitchen and wc (any type) by using hand pump with rubber bucket or by cleaning rod till clear flow of water is observed all complete all as specified and as directed. 26 Cleaning of blockagesewer lines of any dia in any position by roddingfrom both sides between two adjacent manholes or from inspection chamber to manhole or from gully trap to inspection chamber or through inspection eye of any depth till clear flow of sewer/water is observed complete all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer in charge.Note:- Unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included of cleaning of scurbs,grass small roots etc,around the manholes, inspection chamber at adjacent to the pipe lines cleaningetc and along sewage lines wherever required or as directed and no extra payment shall be made on this account). 27 Cleaning of blocked/ socked manholes and removal of sludge , soil and any materials found from manholes by manually or machanically including flushing with water throughly the depth of manholesnot exceeding 1.00 mtr complete all as spd and as directed. 28 All as per item No 27 hereinabove but for the depth of manhole exceeding 1.00 mtr but not exc 2.00 mtr. 29 S&Fin repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (Pedestal pattern)white including fixing bolt and plastic water closet seat white closed pattern with flat bottom cover with MS chromium plated hinging devices to matching colour. 30 S&Fin repair 10 Ltr capacity PVC valveless shyphonic action type low level flushing cistern white with inlet, ball valve, float valve and handle incl bracket and flush pipe of low level of 32mm dia fixed to wall complete. 31 Dismantling of floor, walls, roof tiles including bedding but backing and rubbish off permises all as specified. 32 M&L for joint free non skid ceramic colouredtiles 7 to 8 mm thick(square / rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm and not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6for laying of floor tiles as directed.complete. 33 Cutting in to existing manhole for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel ( ½ round or ¾ section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required internal dia pipe 150 mm dia pipes, all as specified and directed. 34 Excavation in trench in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for sewage line, manhole etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and n.exc.1.50m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete. 35 As per item No 34.00 but depth exc. 1.50m but not exc3.00m from GL 36 M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete Type B-1, (1:2:4) (using 20 mm grade aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofts, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed. 37 M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for cover slabs of manholes, cover slab set in CM 1:4 side portion only with plain surfaces including necessary form work (reinforcement to be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge 38 S&F factory made SFRC MH cover with frame confirming to IS 12592-2002 HD 20 grade of size 800 mm x 900 mm rectangular sorrounded with steel grip 70 x 1.5 mm reinforced shall as per relevent IS and laid over man holes brick work or concrete in CM1:4 including reiforcement 39 M&L form work to soffits of suspended slabsuch as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizointal or slooping) complete all as specified and directed. 40 S&F TMT HYSD reinforcement bar 6 to 8 mm dia including all cutting bending,binding,cracking,placing and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete. 41 Removing building materials etc. (other than spoil)to a distance of 1km, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and as directed. 42 Returning , filling in, including
