annual repair and maintenance of Horticulture Works In Cgo Complex At Nh Iv Faridabad During 2025-26--1 Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment). 2 Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 05 k.m. lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment). 3 Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. Maintenance work for 12 month 4 Cutting of Hedge/Edge including removing of cut material, cleaning, hoeing of hedge/edge-bed, watering, manuring and applying insecticides and fungicides etc.(excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge. 4.1 Hedge cutting (Normal Hedge) upto 1.2 mtr. Height (As per yard stick 1 mali = 3000 running mtr.) 5 Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required), top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by officer-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide and plants will be provided by the department and lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel & other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor). 5.1 Office accommodation. (1.25 Acres = One Mali) As per yard stick. 6 Complete maintenance of shrubs (outside garden features), jobs like making of basin at regular interval including weeding, watering, prunning and application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge. (1 Mali for 500 Nos. Shrubs) 7 Maintenance of potted plants displayed at ground floor in bungalows, office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide,pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required (Materials provided by the department) as per direction of officer-in-charge (1 mali for 750 Nos. Earthen/Plastic Pots). 8 Maintenance of cement potted plants at ground floor in flats and ground floor bungalows, office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required (Materials provided by the department) as per direction of officer in charge (1 mali for 300 Nos. Cement Pots). 9 Removal of garden waste by TATA 407 or equivalent including loading/unloading and carriage upto 1 km lead,complete disposal upto designated place as per direction of officer-incharge 10 Potted Plants for display 10.1 Providing, stacking and Displaying Aglaonema dove variety having ht. 30 cm to 45 cm with 8 to 10 leaves, well developed, fresh and healthy in 25 cm size of Earthen pot / Plastic pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 10.2 Providing, stacking and Displaying Araucaria cookie having ht. 75 cm to 90 cm, straight, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green leaves from bottom to top in 25 cm size of Earthen pot / Plastic pot and as per direction of the officerin- charge. 10.3 Providing, stacking and Displaying Areca Palm having ht. 2.40 m to 2.70 m with 12 to 14 suckers, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green foliage in 35 cm size of Bucket type cement pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.
