Restoration of water supply scheme Chertanziby way of retrieval of pipes from the debris ,L/F,Jointing of pipes/welding of damaged pipes damaged during floods of26/27th August & 2nd/3rd of September 2025- 1 Dismantling G.I./D.I pipes (external work) including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : 80mm-100mm dia 2 Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains,pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspitsand the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: 1 meter from cutting edge:All kinds of soils 3 Hire charges of Hydraulic Excavator (JCB) with operator for emergent works during floods, frost or heavy rains as and when needed incl. operational charges and fuel for working hours involved. (Retrieval of pipes dislodged/buried under the debris and diversion of nallah) 4 Supply of unskilled Labours for clearance of debris from pipes and carraige of damaged pipes 5 Providing fixing & commissioningof 12 mm thick Flanges in pairs including welding, cutting of threaded portion, washers including cost of Flanges with Nuts and Bolts including making joint leak proof including all sorts of labours whatsoever and carriages required .complete job 100mm Dia Flange 6 Hire charges of Welding machine with welder, gen set & helper including cost of electrods etc for welding of M.S Sheets , GI/ DI pipes etc including all carriages to & fro comp job. (for welding of damaged spots) 7 Laying and fitting of G.I. pipes (all classes) complete excluding cost of pipes, fittings and Earth work. 8 100mm dia 9 Carriage of stones By mechnical means avg lead of 45 kms 10 Carriage of pipes By manual means of 350 mtr Avg Lead.
