Tender For Provn Of Retaining Walls And Drains At Sfts Bakloh; 1 Excavation over area, not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, etc., and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified. 2 Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified. 3 Removing Excavated soils not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified 4 Hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc 100 mm deposited , spread and leveled in layer not exc 15 cm thick complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L PCCtype C-2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate)as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified. 6 RR masonry with best quality locally available stone,uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in CM 1:4complete all as specified. 7 Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of beds & joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with max depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 40 mm on granite or trap stone complete all as specified 8 M&L for precast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. andset in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 9 TMT bars (Fe 500),10 mm dia and over in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required incl bending spirally cranking, hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, all as specified. 10 Mild steel TMT bars, 5mm dia and over upto incl 10 mm dia stirrups, spacers etc,bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild sleetwire not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L for PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonary course or uncoursed brought upto course in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 13 S&F for 50 mm bore low density polyethylene pipe LDPE of pressure rating 6 kg/cm sq laid for the purpose of weep holescomplete all as specified and directed. 14 Excavation in trenches n exc 1.50m wide and not exc 1.50m deep for foundation and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 15 Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns and plinth beam and similer work etc in rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed. 16 M&L for PCC type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed. 17 Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed. 18 Removing excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
