Tender For Providing New Bore Well At Thiruvakulamin Annamalainagar Town Panchayat; 1 Towords conducting the geophysical surveytest including cost and conveyance of material and labour charges etc . Completed 2 Drilling of Borewells anywhere in Tamilnadu including transportation from one place to another with in Tamilnadu in alluvial soil sedimentary strata of clay and sand stone shale pebbles boulders etc.By first taking a pilot bore of 140 mm/150mm dia and then enlarging to required dia direct or reverse rotary mud circulation method using rotary rigs fuel, labour and drilling bentonite and water required for drilling at site( Site will be shown by the Departmental officers) including construction of mud pit. 3 i. Upto 60m depth ending below G.L. 4 ii.From 60m to 90m depth ending below GL 5 iii. From 90m to 110m depth ending below GL 6 Reaming140/150 mm dia pilot bore to 300mm dia bore as directed by the Departmental Officer. 7 i. Upto 60m depth ending below G.L. 8 ii.From 60m to 90m depth ending below GL 9 iii. From 90m to 110m depth ending below GL 10 Reaming300 mm dia pilot bore to 400mm/ 450mm dia bore as directed by the Departmental Officer. 11 i. Upto 60m depth ending below G.L. 12 ii.From 60m to 90m depth ending below GL 13 iii. From 90m to 110m depth ending below GL 14 Towards cost and supply of 20 outer casing GI Pipe for sea show area including errection, drilling and labour charges etc completed 15 Supply and Delivery of following200mm D/W CD Casingpipe asper ISI & ISO standard specification including conveyance to site with transportation charges etc., 16 200mm D/W CD Plain (without slot) Casingpipe 17 200mm D/W CD Ribbed screen (with slot) Casingpipe 18 200mm D/W CD CasingEnd cap 19 Towords conducting the geophysical survey and electrical logging test including cost and conveyance of material and labour charges etc . Completed 20 Labour Charges for inserting PVCCasing pipes assembly (with slots or without slots) in the drilled hole including jointing the pipes with PVC Couplers with Cement paste etc., complete supply and packing the annular space with pebbles of size and quality as approved by the executive engineers TWAD Board SL.NO.12Eii 21 Cement Slurry grouting in between annualur space of 25 dia boreholes and 22 dia I.Conductor pipe through the rig mud pump using I dia G.I pipe to the full depth curing setting etc complete as directed by the departmental officer etc completed 22 Charges for developing the Borewell with air compressor of 600 CFM capacity (Minimum 8 Hours) including transportation, labour and fuel charges for compressor as directed by Departmental Officers and conducting yield test by V notch method.
