Tender For Repair And Maintains Ofward 8 Eachampatti Sanjaigandhi Street Toilet.; 1 Fabricating, supplying and fixing in positon of SOLID PVC DOORS with frames of different sizes as per the specifications given below: PVC door frames made out of best quality PVC extruded section of 40mm * 58 mm * 2.50 mm +/- 0.3 mm thick, having multichamber cross section and duly reinforced with steel to be mitre cut at the corners and welded including providing tie rod at the bottom and necessary weather seal etc., and PVC door shutters made out of extruded plastic section of 60 mm * 24 mm size in the configruation of an A section for shutter frames and multi-chamber hollow plastic section of 200 mm *200 mm*1 mm (average thickness) with tongue and groove section for panels etc., with necessary holdfasts, rubber beedings, furniture fittings, locking arrangements etc., complete including dimantling the masnery, making chippings, holes in the RCC column, beam etc., wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and redoing the same to the original condition after fixing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. 2 Dadooing the walls from the floor level with Plainglazedtiles of 300mmx230mm x 6mm of best and approved quality set in cement mortar 1:2 mix (one cement and two sand) 12mm thick and pointing with white cement neatly as directed Complying with standard specifications 3 Supplying and fixing over the floors best quality of scratch ceramic tiles of 30 c.m x 30c.m x 6mm sizeof approved colour laying with cement mortor 1:3 mix pointing the joints with colour pigments etc.Complete. 4 Supplying and fixing in position white glazed Indian water closet of size 580 X 440mm of Orissa type of approved quality with P or S trap with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jellylime concrete 1:2:5 ; 100mm thick and finishing the top torequired slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes by dismandling masonry / RCC works and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmentalofficers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.) 5 Supplying and fixing in position White Glazed European Water Closet of approved quality andmake with P os S trap with double flapped rigid P.V.C. seat cover with C.P. brass hinges,12.5 litres PVClow level flushing tank with all internal fittings etc., complete complying with standard spoecifications 6 Exterior Emulsion paint Two coats with good quality of approved Emulsion paint including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specificationsfor 10 sqm 7 Painting the Old iron works such as steel doors, Windows,Ventilators windows bars,balustrades etc,in all floor withtwo coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour and brand (to be approved by executive engineer before use on works ) over one the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc,complete complying with Standard Specification. ( The Make, Quality and colour of paint should be got approved bythe engineer in charge before use on works )( TNSS NO or NBC No 61 V VI (54) 3) 8 Supplying laying and jointing PVC Pipes of approved quality and best varity of B Class pipe of the following sizes including fixing G.I specials but excludingcost of such specials cutting threading of pipes andfixing to wall with necessary teak wood plugs, clamps and screws masking holes on the wall or drilling holesin roof and making good the dismandled portions to original conditions with necessary brick work and concrete and plastering where ever necessary with necessary scafolding charges. The pipes are to be painted with two coats of good variety and best approved quality of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of red-oxide primer etc., complete. 9 20MM dia,UPVC pipe 10 32MM dia,UPVC pipe 11 Supplying and fixing in position first quality and approved variety of Gun Metal Gate Valve (Heavy type) with I.S.I.mark of the following sizes including cost of Shellac , thread etc,.including labour for cutting and threading of G.I.Pipes etc.,complete complying with standard specifications for both internal and external water Supply arrangements. 12 32mm dia G.M.Gate Valve 13 screw down tap 14 32mm UPVC.Elbow 15 32mm UPVC.
