    Tender Details

    Tender For Carrying Out Engineering, Procurement, Construction (Epc) For Terminal 2 Phase 2 Including T2-T1 Connectivity, Apron Stands & Associated Works At Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru (Project). Towards this purpose, BIAL intends to undertake Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) for Terminal 2 Phase 2 including T2-T1 connectivity, Apron Stands & Associated Works to accommodate the anticipated increase in passenger capacity. (Project). The Approximate Areas are defined as: • Terminal 2 Phase 2: Approximate 2,78,000 Sqm • T2-T1 Connectivity: Approximate 28,000 Sqm • Apron Stands (Approx40 nos.): Approximate 4,37,500 Sqm The EPC Contractor shall be fully responsible for the end-to-end execution of the project, encompassing, but not limited to Excavation, Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEPF, ICT, Landscape and Softscape related works, Airport Systems, Equipment, Apron Pavement Works, ORAT (Operational Readiness and Transfer) across Terminal, Airside and Landside areas. This responsibility includes securing all necessary statutory approvals. The Contractor shall ensure seamless coordination with Design Consultants, the Project Management Consultant (PMC), relevant authorities, and all other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of Works. The successful contractor will coordinate with the related contractor.
