No. Description of item Unit Attending day to day fault, repairing and maintenance of split AC / WAC units at various Telephone Exchanges and Mobile BTS sites under Rourkela BA For the year 2025-26. 10 Jobs 2 General Servicing of 1.5/2.0 TR WAC/SAC units of different make i/c removing from existing position (for WAC) cleaning the air filter, cleaning the condenser and evaporator coil with help of Blower and cleaning with cleaning solution, finally cleaning with water etc. complete as required. 120 Jobs 3 Replacement of the 1.5 TR capacity rotary type compressor i/c dismantling of the old compressor and Installation,testing and commissioning of new compressor in existing WAC / Split AC unit etc. complete as required. (Note:-The new compressor should carry a warranty of one year) 2 Jobs 4 Charging of Refrigerant gas R-22/R -407 /R -410 up to specified pressure in following capacity AC units ,leak testing , leak rectification and testing commissioning of the AC unit etc. as reqd. ( a)1.5 TR WAC/ Split AC 30 Jobs 5 Top up of R-22 / R-407 /R -410 gas
