Tender For Cleaning Of Oht,Sump And Other Civil Works At Cit Colony (Type Ii),Chennai..Sw;- Petty Civil Maintenance Works Cleaning On ground based / Over head tank (HDPE) two times a year (each time shall be paid separately) as directed by the Engineer in charge, which includes following operations by: (a) The water shall be drained out without causing inconvenience to the occupants. (b) The walls,floor and ceiling of the tank including cover shall be rubbed with brushes to clear any sediment the fungus, weeds, dust and green mass and the same shall be disposed to the nearest municipal dump. (c) The walls, floor and ceiling including cover shall be cleaned with water mixed with bleaching powder and finally cleaned with plenty of clean water. Plastic tanks of sizes from 500 to 750 litres capacity Cleaning of under ground masonary / RCC sump / terrace level masonry/ RCC/ Central OHT as directed by the Engineer in charge which includes following operations: (a) The water shall be bailed out by mechanical means without causing inconvenience to the occupants of the compound. (b) The walls,floor and ceiling including collection pit shall be rubbed with wire brushes to remove the fungus, weed, dust and green marks and cleaned with bleaching powder and the same shall be disposed to the nearest municipal dump. (c) The walls, floor and ceiling including cover shall be cleaned with water mixed with bleaching powder and finally cleaned with plenty of clean water. (d) On the outer wall of the tank or on the place approved by the Engineer in charge the letters Cleaning due on month/year shall be written in enamel paint of required colour. All as directed by the Engineer in Charge. (Two times a year) Terrace level RCC Over head tanks of capacity Central OHT of capacity 25000 litres Under ground tank of capacity Upto 20000 litres Cleaning of sewage manhole of different size and of different depth which includes the following operations. (Pumping should be done to pump the stagnated sewage in the manhole). (a) Remove the sludge settled in the chamber and the floor, wall and ceiling shall be cleaned with brooms to remove the settled sewage, dust etc. (b) Flushing with plenty of water to make the manhole functions properly. (c) The sludge collected in the chamber shall be burried in excavated pits at selected places including digging of excavated pit etc as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge (Once in a year) Manholes of all sizes and depths Removing blockage in gully chamber/floor trap and cleaning the silt including cleaning with water neat complete Gully chamber Cleaning of the under ground sewage /drainage lines of Stoneware / PVC / Masonry / RCC and of size upto 230 mm dia which includes following operations. Clearing the blockage using bamboo strips or cables of flexible type. Flusing with plenty of plain water for free flow and pushing the PVC/ rubber ball through the drain line to clear the waste and settlement from the pipe. Removing the waste collected through the lines and disposing the same to the nearest excavated pit including digging of excavated pit etc as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge. (Once in a year)
