Tender For Lowering And Unlowring Work Of Pump Sets Under Various Schemes Of Aen Padukallan (R/C); 1 Unlowering of submersible pump set along with lowering pipes with depth up to 120 mtr and submersible cable with safety from tube well, checking the pump set, transportation of pump set from tube well site to storeas direction,receiving repaired / new pump set from store/ divisional store , testing the same, transportation tosite and lowering back into tube well along with submersible cable, lowering pipes,specials etc and commissioning of the tube well. The job also includes cable jointing,checking of discharge of pump set,interconnection of lowering pipe from nearby distribution pipe line,checking of starter and reporting for completion of Job or fault/problem if any. (Upto 20 Km distance run by lowering machine) 2 For three Phase pump set 3 G.I. Double Flanged Pipe Lowering Assembly of nominal dia 4 50 mm 5 65 mm 6 80 mm 7 Add above item 2.2.1 for depth above 120 mtr for each 10 mtr depth ( 10%) 8 Add above item 2.2.1 for distance run above 20 Km for each 5 Km distance run.( 10%) 9 Only unlowering of submersible pump set along with lowering pipes depth up to 120 mtr and submersible cable with safety from tube well, checking the pump set,reporting and transportation of pump set from tube well site to storeas per direction. 10 For three phase pump set 11 G.I. Double Flanged Pipe Lowering Assembly of nominal dia 12 50 mm 13 65 mm 14 80 mm 15 Add above item 2.2.1 for depth above 120 mtr for each 10 mtr depth 16 Add above item 2.2.1 for distance run above 20 Km for each 5 Km distance run. 17 Only lowering of the submersible pump setinto tube well along with submersible cable, lowering pipes depth up to 120 mtr,specials etc and commissioning of the tube well. Double Flanged Pipe Lowering Assembly of nominal dia 20 50 mm 21 65 mm 22 80 mm 23 Add above item no. 2.4.1 & 2.4.2 for depth above 20 mtr or two D/F pipe assembly for each 10 mtr depth ( 10%) 24 Add above item no. 2.4.1 & 2.4.2 for distance run above 20 Km for each 5 Km distance run.( 10%) 25 Increasing of lowering pipes intube wells including cost of nut bolts and rubber gaskets / jointing material and PVC rope and transporatation of cable and extra lowering pipe from store.. However submersible cable and extra lowering pipe shall be provided by the department at store. 26 For three phase pump set 27 G.I. Double Flanged Pipe Lowering Assembly of nominal dia 28 50 mm 29 65 mm 30 80 mm 31 Add above item no. 2.4.1 & 2.4.2 for depth above 20 mtr or two D/F pipe assembly for each 10 mtr depth 32 Add above item no. 2.4.1 & 2.4.2 for distance run above 20 Km for each 5 Km distance run. 33 Unlowering of pump set along with lowering pipes and submersible cable with safety from Openwell For three Phase pump set having G.I double flanged/ HDPEpipe lowering asembly of size 50 mm to 80 mm, checking the pump set,reporting and transportation of pump set from tube well site to store. 34 Add above item for distance run above 20 Km for each 5 Km distance run. ( 10%) 35 Lowering of repaired/Newpump set alongwith lowering pipes and submersible cable with safety in Openwell For three Phase pump sethaving G.I double flanged/ HDPEpipe lowering asembly of size 50 mm to 80 mm. It includes receiving repaired / new pump set from store / Work shop with in boundry area of division and testing the same, transportation tosite and commissioning. 36 Add above item for distance run above 20 Km for each 5 Km distance run.( 10%)
