Tender For Work Of Designing And providing installation testing and commissioning Of Illumination Equipment From Deonar Abattoir Administrative Office To Fresh Water Pumping Station At Deonar Abattoir.- 1 Work of Designing and PITC of illumination equipment from Deonar Abattoir Administrative Office to Fresh Water Pumping Station at Deonar Abattoir 2 Providing & erecting 5 m high (clear height) galvanized OCTAGONAL pole with foundation bolts having bottom of 130 mm A/F, top 70 mm A/F on provided foundation as per specification Galvanised Octagonal Poles - Design, engineering, manufacture, testing at factory, packing & forwarding, delivery to site, unloading and handling at site, assembly, installation, testing and commissioning of Octagonal street light poles with embedded junction box inclusive of terminals, 3Cx 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded flexible copper cable from Junction box to the luminaries, termination at both ends and other accessories. Pole earthing, Foundation for the pole erection and all civil works shall be in the scope of the contractor. 3 Providing & erecting double arm standard bracket 1000MM long made up of 40 NB GI pipe suitable for octagonal pole of having top dia 70 MM as per specification 4 1.1 kV grade stranded Cu conductor, XLPE insulated, extruded PVC inner and outer sheathed FRLSHZ, galvanised steel round or strip armoured cables2nd category Cu armoured cables FRLSHouter sheathed- 4C x2.5 Sq.mm 5 16A/20A DP MCB 240V/415V, C Curve, 10kA, Miniature circuit breaker suitable for DB mounting complete with connection, testing & commissioning etc. as required. 6 Supply & Laying of double wall corrugated ( DWC) pipe 50 mmOD / 38 mm I.D 7 Earthing station with 100mm Dia., 13mm thick, 3000 mm long GI pipe (Class B or better) earth pit as per IS 3043. The earth pit shall be provided with watering pipe (Class B) with wire messed funnel, 25x3 GI strip / 2X8SWG G.I. wire up to chamber ( wire or strip size as per fault level), disconnecting links with 600 x 600 mm (clear) RCC chamber & heavy duty 3mm thick CI chequered plate cover with hinge & stainless steel bolts. Bentonite/ Charcoal & Salt shall be provided for earth pits. Excavation, back filling, removal of excess soil is included in the scope 8 Excavating the trenches and refilling the same after the cable is laid in approved manner (Size of trench: 750 mm deep, 600 mm wide) in concrete/ masonary / asphalt. 1 Cu.
