Tender For Drain Repairing Work Behind The Sdm Court Ward No 19 ,Khetri - Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level. In all types soils/ saturated soil such asmoorum, sand, sandy silt,clay, black cotton soil,kankar,In ordinary rock. etc. Depth upto 1.5 m 3 Cleaning and removal of earth, silt, sludge, kankar, boulder, building material and garbage in existing nallah/drains including construction of bypass arrangement to bypass water with 1.5m lift from ground level and lead upto 50 mincluding foul & saturated condition where pumping out or bailing out of water is required, including shoring, shuttering where required and dewatering. Making access for disposal and dressing disposal side as per the directed of the Engineer.For Depth upto 1.50 m 4 carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking ::Earth 3 Km 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 6 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded 20mm nominal size stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 75mm thick 7 Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 8 Extra for random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto two stories 9 Providing and fixing of reinforced Ferro-Cement drain covers designed for A class loading duly marked on cover with adequate steel reinforcement having thickness 75mm to 150mm anti corrosive bitumen painted M.S. plate , Rim and M.S. lifting hooks, Admixtures like plasticizer, bond improving compound, shrinkage, resistance compound, abrasion resistant complete as per approved design etc.Standard Size 1500x600mm (125mm thick) for span 701 to 1200mm 10 Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 12 mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand)
