Demolition of existing bitumen felt of any thickness and place it out side the building.

Roughing surface of old concrete roof by picking, sweeping,clean and washing down with water to remove dust.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65mmdeep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement morter 1:3. complete.

M&L for 15 mm thk. 1:4 ratio new cement plaster. At any place and height. (Brand : Ambuja, ACC, Ultratech or equivalent).

Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement morter, not exe 150 sq.m. on superficial area.

S & F of PVC (SWR) pipes single socket (110mm dia) in any length fixed to wall.

M&L for roof treatment using 5 layered APP based polymeric membrane (centre core as 100 micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film) minimum weight 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thk by first priming the roof surface with bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384 applied @ 0.40 kg per sqm followed by application of hot bonding material of blown type bitumen 85/25 grade applied @ 1.60 kg per sqm followed by laying of APP membrane using bitumen butane torch and sealing all joints and preparing the surface complete.

M&L for doing PCC with 12.50 mm stone chips @ 1:2:4 nominal mix.(Brand : Ambuja, ACC, Ultratech or equivalent).

Removing the demolished building material/rubbisehs etc outside the Estate premisses.
