    Online Tender For Carrying Out Civil, Interior, Furniture, Electrical, Air-Conditioning & Other Allied Works For Renovation Of 3Rd Floor, Gurugram Building, For Crc & Pnbil Item NO 1- Dismantling of flooring – Thickness of CC /Mortar is not specified, this has cost implication on labour in breaking and quantum of disposal of rubbish. Please specify the same Please refer BOQ specifications, Item includes complete dismantling of mortar/CC beneath Italian marble/carpet/vinyl flooring and all other type of flooring upto required depth for fixing raceway and developing even surface to lay new flooring. A2 Item No.7- P/F of Carpet – Only one make i.e. Flotex is given. No other manufacturer makes the carpet of the specification given in the tender making it a monopoly item which is against the CVC guidelines. Kindly specify the other makes having these specifications or replace the item. Please refer Corrigendum no.1 regarding subject. A3 Item No 9 - Brick work – 9 inch thick and 4.5 inch thick both the BW are mentioned in units of sqm. Rate of both can not be the same. Kindly clarify. For 9 inch brickwork area of both the faces shall be measured for payment A4 Item no 19 – glazed Door – Qts and units are taken in sq m and it is written in BOQ that nothing extra over dimensions given in the tender shall be paid based high polymer modified quick- set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness., jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with.
