Tender For Carriage And Erection Of 33 Kv Vcb And Pt At 132 Kv Muhmdabad Under Etd Mau - Loading of 36 KV VCB On Pirvate vehicle at 132 KV substation Mau New, Safely carriage of 36 KV VCB from 132KV S/S MauNewto 132 KV S/S Muhammadabad through private vehicle & unloading of 36 KV VCB at 132 KV substation Mohammadabad under ETD Mau 3 Modification if required of foundation by MS Angle Provided by the department free of cost including cutting in size making reqired hole and welding work for installation of new 36kv VCB. 4 Shifting and draging of new 36 kv VCB from store site to work site ,safely with the help of labour/ hydra 5 Erection of new ABB make 36 kv vcb of 33KV Spare Bay against Proposed 33KV Hiranpur bay at muhammdabad with the help of derrick pole,pully and rope arrangement. 6 Making control Cable Connection OfABB make 36 kv vcb of 33KV Spare Bay against Proposed 33KV Hiranpur bay at muhammdabad. 7 Earthing of structure and equipment with earthing MS strip by welding machine and painting of earthing strip by bus green Paint including Cost of other Materials. 8 Jumpering of 36 kv VCB from BSI to CB and CB to CT 9 Safely carriage of 33 KV PT from 132KV S/S Mau oldto 132 KV S/S Muhammadabad through private vehicle. This work also include Loading of 33 KV PT On Pirvate vehicle at 132 KV substation Mau Old and unloading ofthe sameat 132 KV substation Mohammadabad under ETD Mau . ( 03 Nos 33 KV PT ) 10 Dismantling of old 3 Phase 33KV PT from 33KV main bus IIwith the help of derrick Pole, Pulley and rope arrangement, shifting and dragging of33KV 3 phase PT from its dismantle place to safe place/store with the help of skilled labour. 11 Erection ofstructure ALP-02 Nos. andEquipementEarthing by MS strip of size 50x10mm by welding machine and painting of earthing strip by bus green paint including cost of other materials.( MS Strip will be provided by the Contractor ) 12 Erection of new 33KV PT -03 Nos ( R Y & B Phase ) and PT Junction Box for 33KV Main Bus II with the help of derric Pole Pulley and rope arrangement by skilled helper.and also Layingof Control Cable from 40MVA TF II Control Panel to 33KV PT Junction box and making Control cable connection in PT Junction box and Control Panel and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily.
