The Installation: 150-200 Micron vapor barrier will be placed on thr levelled IPS sub-floor before laying the under frame. (NOTE- the cost of G.I. pipe bracket, bracket mounting clamp, bolts and nuts shall be paid separately) 93 S&F in-repair of Sub-main Wiring with 2-Runs of Single Core 6.0 Sq mm PVC insulated FRLSH multi-stranded 1100 Volts grade with Copper Conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit (medium grade) ISI marked and its Accessories including 1-Run of Single Core 6.0 Sq mm PVC insulated FRLSH unsheated multi-stranded 1100 Volts grade with Copper Conductor Cable as Earth Continuty Conductor along with the Wiring and connected from DB to DB/Main Board, complete all as specified and as directed.NOTE :- (a)Cost of PVC conduit (medium grade) with all Fittings/Accessories will deem to be included in the quoted UNIT RATE.(b)Cables as mentioned in SCHEDULE ‘A’ Items and 1-Run of PVC conduit with all Fittings/Accessories will be measured and paid as ONE UNIT.(c)Sub-main Wiring will be measured as length of PVC conduit only. NOTE : Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, Bricks, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items. 95 Supply & Laying Sub-class B Bricks, laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 96 S&F of Galvanised Iron Pipe 40mm bore (dia) ‘light grade’ for protection of UG Cable, laid under Floors or Road Crossing, fixing to Pole with and including Mild Steel Clamps, Nuts, Bolts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 97 M&L for earthing completewith galvanisedsteelearth plateelectrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanized earth wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel , procteded by GI pipe 15 mm bore( light grade)and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe(medium grade) andchamber and coping shall be in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone agg.50 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg. reinforced with 8 mm dia MS tor bar @ 80 mm c/c both ways including excvation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR PT 1, 1991 with charcoal dust and saltcomplete and earth leadconnected to earthing test point (up to main switches, DBs) including taking down old damaged earthing, complete all as specified & testing on completion. NOTE:-(i)Item includes the cost of 1.5 mtr length GI pipe for protection for GI earth wire.(ii) item rates includes the cost of 7.5 mtr GI earth wire.
