Tender For Special Repair/Replacement Of Dg Set Against Ber Plants And Eqpt Under Ge (S) Ahilyanagar; 1 Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Silent Diesel Engine Generating Set,40 KVA/32 KW, 1500 RPM,3 phase, 415 V, 50 HZ, power supply alternator along with fuel tank,control panel.,battery and complete set installed in sound acoustic enclosure and standard accessories and fittings with power factor 0.8, PCC foundation suitable for the generator set as per manufacturers instructions complete with standard accessories and Microprocessor based integrated DG Set controller with coupled to Alternator rated at 40 KVA / 32 KW at 415 Volts, set mounted on Channel Iron Base Frame complete with sub-base with Batteries, AVM Pads and STD Panel all as per guideling of latest CPCB IV+ norms all as specified and directed and comprising of the following:Make: Kirloskar/Greeves/Cummins(i) Engine: Engine with direct injection, water cooled, 3 cylinders, in-line,4 Strokes rated at developing 74.1 BHP @ 1500 RPM for continuous duty of suitable for 40 KVA alternator with provision of 10% over load for one hour in every 12 hour running confirming to BS 5514/ ISO 3046 standard totally enclosed as per OEM specification and directed by Engr-in-charge.The engine has the following specification:-a) Mechanical FIPb) Mechanical Governorc) Turbocharger, Exhaust manifold, Stainless steel exhaust flexible connectiond) Radiator cooled, with after coolede) Plate type lube oil coolerf)Filtersg) Lube Oilh) Dry type replaceable paper element air cleanerj)Flywheel housing and flywheel to suit single bearing alternatork) Starting motor-Electric, battery charging alternatorl)First fill lube oil and coolant 2 (ii) Alternator: Brushless alternator, Self -excited, self -regulated, floor mounted with all and / or roller bearings, statically and dynamically balanced screen protected acoustic enclosure confiming to IS 4722 / BS 2613, IP-23 Protection with H class insulation limited temperature rise of class H, Automatic voltage regulater from no load to full load, ammeter capacity of delivery 40 KVA, 415 volts,3 phase, 50 Hz and lagging for AC supply and will be suitable for tropical conditions all as per OEM and directed by Engr-in-charge.(iii) Instrument Panel : Engine instrument panel consisting of ON/OFF starting switch with key lubricating oil pressure gauge, water temperature guage, battery charging indicating lamp, hour meter with RPM indicator, safety control against high temperature of water,over speed stop with double driver adopter as per OEM specification and directed by Enge-in-charge.(iv) Other Fittings:(a) Battery Charger : Battery charger having electric circuit consisting of rectifiers, capacitors and resistance etc. The battery charger should be able to charge 12 volts88 AH battery at a time(v) DG set shall be supplied along with acoustic original enclosure of the manufactures suitable for 40 KVA DG Set and all connecting accessories as per Latest CPCB IV+ Norms(vi) The Diesel Oil, Lub Oil etc. for smooth functioning of DG SET during PH-I & PH-Il complete testing and full tank filfing of Diesel Oil after PH-I & PH-II testing, topping of Lub Oil etc. required for commissioning and testing of DG set. 3 (vii) AMF Panel: - Supply installing commissioning & testing in microprocessor based AMF panel board factory made, out door type IP-65, cubical type, vermin proof, dust proof, water proof made out of3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and angle iron frame of size 50x50x6 mm inside depth not less than 50 cm and size suitable to accomodate the following accessories with insulated TPN Copper busbar of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB suitable for 40KVA DG Set. Hinged door with locking arrangement duly painted with coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally and connecting with cable with lugs including internal wiring with copper cable of suitable size using lugs compressing the following accessories all as directed.(Notes : The rate quoted shall include for earth work & excavation for angle iron frame for foundation of panel board upto 0.50 m below GL in any type of soil & PCC (1:4:8), D2 filling in foundation the ground clearance of panel board shall be 0.40 m GL to the bottom of panel board ) and Copper bus bar 100 Amps duly colour sleeved mounted on epoxy insulators-01 set. Note:(i) AMF Panel suitable for 40 KVA DG Set to connect with grid shall be approved by CPRI and certificate to be produced and to be submitted in the office.The AMF Panel has the following specification:-a) 63A, 4 Pole contactor for alternator with thermal over load relayb) 63A, 4 Pole contactor for mainsc) MCB for short circuit protectiond) Indication LED (Dg ON, Load on DG, Main ON, Load on Main, Battery charge on)e) Push Buttons (Engine START/STOP, Generator contactor CLOSE/TRIP, Main Contactor CLOSE/TRIP if provided,Fault ACCEPT/RESET)f) Voltmeter & Ammeter and other connecting accessories and safety features for sucessful auto operation of 40 KVA DG Set.(viii) Excavation, earthwork and provn of PCC plinth of suitable sizes for installation of DG set & connected accessories complete as per manufacturers instruction. 4 M & L in replacement Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground in any type of strata (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the GI strip 32 x 6mm, by means nut bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of the GI Earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm incl provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregated with 40 mm thick cover with RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mm X 25 mm X 3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, taste point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh andearth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding than 50 mtr, all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2020 and connection to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion”.Note:The unit Rate includes earth strip and protection pipe up to (max 7.5 metre) from earth plate/earth point/test point. 5 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth forlaying of Cable and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. 7 Removal of excavated material [soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Supply, fixing and testing LT cable 1100 V grade, XLPE insulated armoured cable of size 3.5 core 35 Sq.mm, conforming to IS 7098 (Part 1): 1988 having stranded aluminium conductors as per Cl. 2 of IS 8130: 1984, PVC inner sheath, single armouring of galvanised steel strip/wire and PVC Type ST-2 outer sheath conforming to IS 5831: 1984, including necessary clamping / dressing with cable ties and termination, laid in trenches /ducts / under plinth floors/ passing through pipes etc, complete all as specified and directed. 9 Supply and lay HDPE PIPE (PE 100, SDR-21.6 Kgf/cm²) conforming to IS 4984-2016, 110 mm dia/bore for laying of LT cables etc complete with all accessories all as specified and directed.Make:Vectus industries/Supreme/Infra/Astron Plastic.
