(c) The rates includes monthly mainantance charge of all five lifts and including spare parts under 1(b). (d ) The visit & maintenance work shall be got executed through classic Enterprises/ Kone Elevator/OTISE Elevator and test report of each lift will be submitted to Engr-in-charge. |
