    Tender For Various Defects On Engineering Defects. => Limited; 1 Various Engineering defects 2 E-789:Leakage and abnormal vibration observed from DA no.3 sea water pump Suspect bearing and seal worn out. Defect to be rectified and pump to be proved for satisfactory operation. In way job includes removal and re- fitment of pump. 3 E-790:DA no.1 sea water pump not taking suction view pump shaft and bearing sheared off. Defect to be rectified and pump to be proved for satisfactory operation. In way job includes removal and re- fitment of pump. 4 E-791:Following samples of lub oil to be analyzed in lab for basic and advance test and certification to be provided.Main engine - 02 Nos.Gearbox -03 Nos.DA’s -05 Nos. 5 E-792:DA’s fuel pressure sensor wire braded hoses observed cracked due to ageing Same to be fabricated as per sample. (Qty:-04 Nos.) 6 E-793:Port Ro plant HP pump discharge hose observed cracked. To be renewed as per sample. (Qty-01 No.) 7 E-794:Abnormal noise/vibration observed on Port RO plant HP pump. DI/DR to be carried out and pump to be proved for satisfactory operation. In way job includes removal and re-fitment of pump. 8 E-795:Da No. 2& 3 lub oil drain hand pump shaft sheared off. Defect to be rectified by replacing shaft. In way job includes removal and re-fitment of pumps. 9 E-796:Stbd Ro plant HP pump motor fan cover observed deteriorated and stud sheared off. Cover to be renewed alongwith studs as per sample (Mat:-SS). In way job includes removal and fitment of motor in position. 10 E-797:Portable lub oil transfer pump not developing sufficient pressure and observed hard to rotate due to bearing worn out. Defect to be rectified and proved for satisfactory operation.
