Tender For Provision Of Air Conditioning System At Af Stn Agra.; 1 SCHEDULE A PART IA (BUILDING WORKS) 2 M&L for Design and Construction of AC plant room (framed structure, single storey) on permanent specifications (Approx Plinth Area 71 Sqm) including earthwork, ATT and roof treatment all as specified and directed.Note-(i)The design and drawings of AC plant room shall carried out by the contractor from approved IIT/NIT/Govt Engineering College and submitted for approval of Accepting officer before commencement of work (ii)The plinth area (Approx 71 Sqm) indicated in line plan is tentativelyminimum requirement. However, the actual size of AC plant room may increase to suit the requirement of AC plant under Sch A part-III as per OEM instructions, to be designed and installed by the contractor under ibid Scedule.Design and drawings for AC plant room shall be carried out for actual Area required as per OEM instructions for AC plant under Sch A Par-IIIor 71 Sqm which ever is more.
